Wonderful experience! The owner allowed me to come in last minute and was great. I got the complete package except for a haircut since my girl didn’t need it. I’m in love with the result!! she even came with the most fashionable bandana and painted nails (: I’ll be back for her next grooming session!

This is a great pet groomer. Very nice, very professional. He’s good with feisty cats. I have one cat that is great and one that is not used to grooming and the groomer has a friendly attitude when he tells me my cat was not the best. The more I take him the more my feisty cat does better. I would 100% recommend this pet grooming service. My boy cats get this cute bandana every time they go to D’Karlux.

We’ve brought our dog a few times here and have never had any problems. We’ve tried other groomers and no one leaves our dog as clean as this place. The owner has always worked with us as far as time scheduling. Every time we pick her up she’s happy and clean.

I live in the Eastside of town and it's worth the drive to central to get my dogs groomed and washed by Karlu. He's a stand up person and always does a great job on my 4 chows.

I went yesterday to get my 2 cats groomed. My female cat Elsa has been going there for quite a while. Never have I notice a problem. The only issue was Elsa just didn’t like getting in her crate but I didn’t think anything of it just thought she was upset she was getting cleaned again. Till yesterday when her and my male cat Elliot came back with bloody nails!! Mainly my Elliot. This was his first time ever getting groomed and he is now in pain! He is still a kitten barely just 1 years old and he no longer wants to play and doesn’t let me carrying him and when I do he shakes in my arms! Elliot is a very affectionate animal and loves to be carried and played with and now he no longer wants to so. I looked more into the owner and saw that this isn’t his first time hurting animales, he has a history I don’t understand why he still works here. I hope you reconsider going here now. I wish I listened to my animals cause now it all makes sense.
