We can’t say enough great things about this grooming location and especially Miss Erica! She always does an amazing job with our Shih Tzu and our Goldendoodle, Benji and Teddy. We’ve been coming here more times than we can count, and every single visit our pups come back looking absolutely adorable, clean, and well cared for. You can truly tell she loves what she does, and it shows in her work and in how comfortable our dogs are with her. The customer service has always been wonderful, and the quality is consistently top tier. We’re going to miss this place so much when we move. Thank you, Miss Erica, for taking such great care of Benji and Teddy — we highly recommend you to anyone looking for a groomer who treats your pets like family! ❤️🐾

They did a good job. My only complaint is that they nicked my dog’s lower neck and left a small injury. I think Shaggy might have been moving around a little bit. Other than that I would have gave them five stars. Regardless, I will continue to give them my business. Hopefully next time we can avoid any injuries. They had great customer service, I noted that they had regular customer that they knew by first name basis and they were also bilingual so going to recommend to my friends

I brought my cat at 8 AM as prearranged for a simple grooming and nail clipping. She told me it would take about two hours.11 o’clock rolled around and I hadn’t Heard anything. I called and the woman said that my cat had been bathed but she was being a little aggressive so she decided to let her settle down for a while. Which I understood. About 30 minutes later I received a call saying that she was ready for pick up. When I went to pick her up, I was shocked at the amount they were charging me $72. I had taken my pet there before I think in October 2025 and I was charged $50. The problem was that they couldn’t even find her previous record.I understand the prices go up, but that was a little extreme. also, when I got home, we checked the cat out thoroughly and it seems she hadn’t been combed out very well as she still had a lot of loose hair on her which we had to brush out of her. I am all for small businesses…they make our country work. However, business owners have to be good at what they do, and Be fair to the customers after all, repeat customers are what make a business work.

I brought my fur baby here because the groomer I was using didn't answer my calls or texts (hope she is ok) Let me tell you! They did an awesome job! They left her looking great and the plus! They didn't take 6 hours like other groomers. I will be going back to them. ❤️🥰

My first time here, juice needed an emergency grooming call multiple places but all turned juice down because he’s a pitbull, but not this place! We were also walk ins and juice came home so happy and clean. Payed such a good price for all the stuff they got done. We will definitely be back.

E. P. Pet Grooming does an amazing job with my golden retriever and my cheweenie 💜. I love how soft they feel and smell and will last weeks smelling so good. Every time we come back into town this is our go to spot! Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

My mini goldendoodle has been groomed here a few times now and they are so patient with me and follow all of my requests. It was very important for me to find a groomer that actually listens to the special requests I had (no perfume due to allergies & certain hair length). From my first visit they have always left our doggy looking perfect! I read so many great reviews on this place and I’m so happy I gave them a try. Prices are amazing as well!
