Groomingland Antes Petvorous

I’ve been taking my kitty cats to this groomer for over a year now. They are very good and gentle with them. Cats in general hate baths and all that but my boys have gotten used to it by now and do really well with the groomer. He is very patient with them. They are super reliable and honest hard working people. It's not like some places where you drop them off and they take them to the back where you can’t see them. Soon as you walk up to the door you can see all the animals and can see them grooming pets. Only time they close the door is when taking them out of the cages to avoid them running away and then the door opens right back up. I live Far East by red sands and still would rather drive all the way there because I wouldn’t trust my babies with just anyone. I highly recommend them.

So I have a very nervous cat that had a lot of knots and dreads in her fur, it was hurting her already. I called and asked if they had space for that same day and they were very kind and received me right away. It was the first time ever that my cat was receiving a grooming service so I was skeptical and had a lot of questions. They were kind enough to invite me to stay throughout the whole process so I would feel at peace, and talked to soothe Coco during the process. In the middle of my Coco’s service, a dog someone was dropping off had some sort of epileptic attack and they calmly and quickly gave the dog CPR and stabilized him! That was crazy to see lol. Overall I’m very pleased with the service and I loved the transparency of inviting me to stay and see. The price was very reasonable too. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Worst grooming experience that i have ever had. I have gone there a couple times and a woman usually attends to my dog but when i went in today there was a man (i’m assuming he is the owner). He was very rude from the start but i tried to excuse sense it was busy and just assumed he was stressed. Then when i went to pick up my dog i noticed a giant cut on her leg, when i confronted him about it he refused to take accountability for it and said that she wouldn’t stay still. If this was the case i would have preferred for him to call me to take my dog instead of me having my dog deal with this pain. 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE!!

Horrible grooming. The owner cut my dog's ear. He said it was just a little cut. When I got home and washed it. It was pretty deep. Now I have to take my dog to the vet.

If you love your pet do not bring them here. They seem to have only one way of grooming dogs,if you can call it that. They shaved my schnauzer and nicked him on several places. They attributed it to dry skin. His facial fur was completely uneven. It took them four hours to give back my dog for a cut that could have been done by a toddler. Keep your pets away.

I took my two poodles here when I visited last. They did a great job of one of them. But when I got home I started to examine my other dog and she was scared. Come to find out they got her underneath her arm to the white meat. Then did not tell me about it, and had the nerve to try and charge me extra. They said it was because she was being aggressive. Aggressive? She’s know more than 5 pounds! And if she was aggressive why didn’t you call me so I could pick her up.... Very shady people.... straight trash!
