Groomology West Pet Salon & Spa

We are first time pet owners to our little Shih Tzu "Benny" and wanted the best for him when choosing where we would take him for grooming. We decided to go with Groomology after hearing more about them at the Home and Garden show a few weeks ago. The friendly staff took the time to know our little puppy and made him feel comfortable right off the bat. Johanna did an amazing job explaining everything that she would be doing for his first time visit. She held Benny with such care and love. I immediately felt a sense of peace after meeting with her as she let me know they take a slow, loving pace with each of their clients fitting their needs as they go along with the process. I was not disappointed when we picked him up and scheduled his next visit! They communicate really well via text and email. They even sent me photos of his visit as well, which I thought was adorable. Benny looks fresh, clean and ready to take on El Paso. Thank you Johanna and all the Groomology staff for making Benny’s visit extra special! We can’t wait to see you all again soon. 🐶💕😍

I can’t say enough great things about Jack’s groomer, Jazmin. She is incredibly patient, gentle, and loving with him. Jack tends to get overwhelmed during grooming, but Jazmin is wonderful at making him feel safe and calm. I’ve seen such a positive change—Jack is becoming more trusting and confident with her each visit. We absolutely love going to West Groomology Pet Salon, especially because of Jazmin. Jack is noticeably less stressed, and that means everything to us

We had such a great experience at Groomology, and I can’t recommend them enough, especially Jazmin! She did an amazing job grooming our dog, Murphy. He went in looking pretty shaggy, and came out looking absolutely adorable and so well cared for (the before and after speak for themselves!). Jazmin took her time and paid attention to detail. Murphy’s cut is even, clean, and perfectly suits him. His face looks great, his coat feels soft, and he seemed calm and happy when we picked him up, which says a lot. It’s obvious he was treated with patience and kindness.

Johanna is not only kind, patient but truly a professional in every sense of the word. Her talent is unmatched! Our dogs come out looking like they belong in a magazine. You can tell she loves what she does, and that our dogs feel comfortable and cared for in her hands. She even surprised us with a Christmas gift featuring Bella and Niko’s picture, which shows how thoughtful and above and beyond she is. I don’t just recommend her, Johanna is the groomer you want if you care about your baby looking and feeling amazing. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants their pets to look and feel their absolute best. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!

Maya can sometimes be nervous, but Johanna makes her feel safe and relaxed. Every grooming appointment leaves Maya looking so fresh, so clean and smelling great—Highly recommend Johanna to any pet parent looking for a groomer who genuinely cares! 🐶🧼🫧😎

Amazing, Johanna is the best groomer. My dog is really nervous but she always comes back really happy and with a really high self esteem from grooming. 100% recommended

They treated my babies soo so well🥹 my schnauzer was so nervous before her appointment, but her groomer was so gentle with her! I didn’t catch his name, but I would love to book with him again. He sent me photos throughout the appointment and I could just see how well my schnauzer started relaxing with him (which is amazing considering she’s usually reactive with men). Johanna was also super gentle with my Akita! I was so glad to hear he did well and even got a little star on his forehead for good behavior💜 their hair was so silky, smooth, and smelled so nice🫶
