Took my babies Blue and Trixie and this has been the BEST grooming they have ever gotten!! I was obsessed with the results, and they send pictures throughout the whole process! Great communication and service, we were helped by Elaine and Aliah and I highly recommend! Definitely going there forever now🥰
Great service and the staff is amazing! I love that they keep you updated throughout the process from bath time to grooming to cute little themed pictures. So happy they opened a second location here in the northeast from their original location on Zaragosa. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking to have grooming done on any of your fur babies.

100% R E C O M M E N D! Elaine took care of my baby. From the moment we walked in, she took notice that Bubz was so nervous. She calmed him down and was so patient with him! She gave me updates and photos THROUGHOUT his appointment which made me feel at ease (given what Bubz had to go through at our previous groomers 😭) She did an amazing job and I’ve never seen my Bubz more handsome than ever! Super happy they have a NE location now 💕🙌🏼
They are so professional and you can tell they care about our pets. They send you pictures updates and that was it me!! Sending you picture updates was so cute and made me feel comfortable as an owner. If I could give more stars I would! Definitely going back 😊
