Pawfection Dog Grooming

Update: owner was very very professional and called solve issue. I was not happy with the service this Saturday, they did not cut my dogs hair even you can see its very uneven on head going to ear area. They did not take the easter pictures eaither which I wanted. I am not happy with the hair cut but leaving 4 stars because I know they treat my dogs good, they never come home nervous that's why I keep going.

How do I begin to write this haircutting dog grooming shop? All I have to say is that this is a 5+ store shop. I recommend this shop to anyone that has a pet. I do not even live in El Paso, Texas I live in Pennsylvania and I needed an emergency haircut for my dog. I was googling different grooming, shops. I ran into this place and decided to give this place an opportunity to groom my dog. I love my dog. That’s my life my ride and die and I don’t trust everyone with him. They were able to accommodate me and get me an appointment right away their Customer Service employees, and everyone in that shop was amazing. When I walked into the shop, the energy felt really good. The dogs were all happy and I will recommend this shop to anyone. You could tell that the employees there enjoy doing their job they cut your pets here with love. Five stars plus

PawPerfection did such an amazing job with my dog Eeveey! She came home looking absolutely adorable and so well groomed. The staff was kind, gentle, and clearly loves the dogs they work with. Eeveey looked happy and comfortable when I picked her up, which means everything to me. Highly recommend PawPerfection in the northeast if you want your pup treated with care!

Really amazing experience! This was our first time at Pawfection Dog Grooming. The staff is kind and took amazing care of our little Mindi. The text picture updates are incredibly thoughtful and set your mind at ease. The cute pictures after are just the cherry on top! Really amazing experience all around! We will be back soon!

They were SO incredible, they did our dogs hair perfectly, and sent us photos throughout the process. It was a great price and high quality service, they’ve definitely earned a customer for life!

I cannot recommend Pawfection Dog Grooming enough! When I first adopted Kirby, I was very very nervous about where I took him to get groomed. You hear these horror stories of groomers who hurt dogs or do the complete opposite of what you want. He’s basically my child and I remember taking him here the first time and told them to please take care of my little guy because I was nervous. Well, they did! I’ve been going there for over a year and they ALWAYS send me progress photos, always ask what I’m looking to do for him that session, they love on him, and they take wonderful photos in their themed photoshoots! I really appreciate that they understand his fur type and that he cannot be shaved down due to his double coat. They fully understand that he should only be shaped and that’s a huge relief for me as a sheltie owner. They are reasonably priced and they follow my instructions exactly. I know I can text them anytime and they always take care of us! I feel peace leaving him for his appointments and he’s always a happy boy when I pick him up.

First time taking our doggy and will be returning as loyal clients. Staff is super friendly and exceeded our expectations while making sure our furbaby was well taken care of based on her hair type. Blew our minds when we found out she also got a photo shoot that would be posted on Facebook and instagram and made it that much easier to share with our friends and family to recommend their services.
