Petco Grooming

Another great example of excellent work and customer service. My dogs Raven and Hercules LOVE to get bathed and haircuts here. They are truly patient groomers who know how to care for my fur-babies. (Raven is my 3- legged dog and Hercules is partially deaf).They are always happy and relaxed after leaving. Both dogs were ready in about 90 minutes. Thanks again for the great service.

Peaches, our pug/shih tzu mix went in to get her 'pug' on. The groomer does a good job and she will be set for a few months. My only comment is that when an 8:00 appointment is scheduled, I would think they would be open an ready to accept 'clients' at least 5 minutes before 8. This occurred again today. Just commenting.

Horrible. I took my Yorkie for a haircut. I took pictures so the groomer could see what we wanted. After 4.5 hours and no call that my dog was ready I had to call to check if she was ready. When the groomer brought my dog out I was shocked. She completely shaved all of her hair off. I was so upset 😭. The. Groomer just kept saying the dog was matted and she had to shave her. I had brushed my dog the night before so I know there was no way she would need to be completely shaved. She even shaved her head! I’ve had two other yorkies and the groomers would do conditioner and brush out the dog. This groomer didn't even bother. She just shaved everything. The groomer kept apologizing after realized she had messed up. I will never take my dog back there again.

I am always so pleased with the service provided at Petco. The team is always very communicative with my baby’s visits and behavior. Although they no longer do bows, they add a bandanna which makes my baby look gorgeous!

As usual your staff out did themselves with Kupcake. She loves all of them. Friendly and caring. Thanks to all. 👏🫶🏻

Dobby smelled great, his fur was so soft and his groomer did an awesome job with him.
