With Love From Head To Tail

I have taken my cat Jack here a few times now for a simple lion cut. He was groomed by Rich. Rich never discussed the prices or services given to my cat, has a rude demeanor, and charges more each time! First time I came here I paid 60$ about 3 years ago, 2nd time it was 70$ about 2 years ago, and today it was 80$ .. I get inflation is a thing.. but 10$ a year? And 80$ for a shoddy haircut where you can see the shave lines is a bit much. My cat is very gentle and elderly, which I let Rich know. He still handled my cat very roughly while shaving him. I was also told he would be ready around 1:00-1:30 and when I got there I didn’t end up leaving until 2:30 because he didn’t even start. Not going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I brought my dog Max in for the first time and Kelly was super helpful and very kind. I will definitely be bringing my dog back! Great spot!

We brought our dog here before christmas so he would smell and look nice for the holidays. I wish we read the reviews before we ever took him here. His grooming appointment took 7 hours and the environment he was placed in for those 7 hours is questionable. They asked us not to feed our dog before bringing him in for grooming. The person that groomed him must of done it with a blindfold on. Our dog is a labradoodle and he came back completely shaved in the middle of winter, including his tail which is normally very nicely brushed out and fluffy. We did not request this type of cut and no one called to notify us that his entire tail will be shaved. His face looks chopped and is cut uneven. I am so sad about his look for the holidays.

My cat got groomed here and I absolutely love this place. The owner got me in on short notice Xmas eve day. My cat was clean and very well groomed, she’s a floof so not everyone has given her a close sanitary cut, so I appreciated the close shave. She was not stressed when I picked her up and the cost was extremely reasonable! Cash is recommended for payment.

This was the second time I brought my 8 yr old Shih tzu mix to this place. Should have learned from the first time but shame on me. My dog had a beautiful plume tail, He shaved off the whole back of the tail. Now he keeps sitting down on the carpet, won’t stand unless we’re walking. Don’t know if it hurts or if he feels unbalanced. He’s not talking.

Kelly was awesome! She did an amazing job grooming my golden retriever-Bo.He is extremely difficult to groom and she was patient,calm,and understanding.I would highly recommend Kelly at with love from head to tails.Thank you

I do not recommend this place, Customer service lacks big time. Took 2 dogs in for their first groom. Only thing they received was a wash. I asked for a little trim especially around their butts and nothing was done. Was told their ears were clean and they were not. Their paws were not trimmed either. My pups were there since 9AM… picked up at 4:30.
