Love this place so much! Have been taking my 3 dogs here for years. Just recently started bringing our new poodle puppy as well.

I love love them. They were so nice from the moment I came in. Very gentle with my puppy. Luca enjoyed his bath. I heard he went to sleep while getting groomed and he smelled so good and was super soft.. I’ll definitely will be taking my son back.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the grooming service at Shining Paw. I specifically requested a light, fluffy trim with a teddy bear face for my Goldendoodle, and what I received was completely unacceptable. The haircut looks uneven, poorly blended, and nothing like the style I clearly asked for. It honestly feels like little care or attention was given to the final result. As a paying customer, I trusted this groomer with my dog’s appearance, and the outcome was far below professional standards. My dog’s natural look was completely altered in a negative way, and I left feeling upset and disappointed. This was not a small mistake — it looks like the instructions were ignored entirely. I expected skilled grooming and attention to detail, but instead received a haircut that looks rushed and poorly executed. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience and hope management takes this feedback seriously.

First time grooming for Sasha. They did such an amazing job! Groomer did exactly what I wanted for her. Sasha is a labradoodle, but I wanted a clean face and slightly fluffy body. My pup came home happy and ready to play and sport her new look! Will continue coming for many years!! So happy I found them!

My dog Oscar was very hard to groom but he’s very happy now come to this place! He’s coming out always with a good smell and beautifully trimmed nails . He’s always get snacks and treats. I like how the groomers here connect with him. He gets lots of hugs and kisses. The place is very clean and I saw them sanitize the instruments after previous dog and after my dog . I’ve been taking Biscuit here for almost 2 years now and absolutely love the grooming they provide for him. It’s a small business so you get to meet and speak with the owner and they are very polite and honest! I drive about 30-35 minutes to take him and TOTALLY WORTH IT!

I bought 2 kittens from Shining Paws Pet Boutique and Spa. Both cats are in perfect health, very attached to people and you can say they was raised with Love. The owners such a knowledgeable and caring people . They are answered all my questions. The place it self very clean no odor smell and suitable for pets . I will definitely comeback for grooming services and will recommend to all my friends.
