PetSmart Grooming

My husband had an appointment with Stephanie at 8am and was left waiting for 45 minutes in the empty grooming salon (which the hours said they opened at 7)and eventually left. I waited until the petsmart opened at 9am, called the store twice, finally got through to someone who confirmed that they were people in the salon and transferred me and the person answered the phone and immediately hung up. I called back the person answered again and hung up on me mid-sentence. Do whatever you want Stephanie, I hope it was worth sleeping in.

This place is ridiculous and I’m switching locations going forward. I’ve been going to this location for years for a grooming and last time he got his haircut they ran out of the coupon books. So I told them to give me a book this time and they legit argued with me on the phone telling me I could not have one because I booked the deluxe package instead of the "spring" package even though they are the same price. They were like if you didn’t get one last time there is usually a note in the account, that’s their fault that their groomer didn’t put a note in the account. Moving forward, I’m going to the Alewife location because they never give me grief for over a coupon book, and they should have done the right thing and given be the book. What do I need to lie for I had already paid for my dogs haircut. The books are for future cuts. That’s poor customer service and they just lost me forever.

Website said they were open at eight, but they did not open till nine.

Had a great experience with Quinn today. They did a great job with washing and brushing Tito!

Brought my goldendoodle today for the first time. We had Lydia as a groomer and she was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, gave us great tips to care for our dog and prevent matting. Would definitely recommend. She truly cares about what she does.

There are about four closer places to us for my dog to get groomed but we booked online with Kiah one time and I can't stop going back. She knows pepper so well and is always a delight to drop off with.

We have Lydia as our grooming, Lydia is extremely talented and Amazing!!! My Persian can be very picky,but he had no problem at all with our Lydia!!!!
