The grooming is adequate, and the employees are nice and friendly. My dog always comes back clean, tidy, and adorable. The wait time for an appointment is absolutely too long. My largest grievance is being sold a coupon book for which, unbeknownst to me, all of the coupons expired in about 4 weeks and almost none of them were relevant to me. If I'd been told that I'd need to use all if them coupons almost immediately or that they were for specific products that I generality don't use, I'd definitely not have spent the money.
Always happy with the job they do with my little Bruno, and he’s always excited about going there!
They are so gentle with my 4 lb drama queen. She gets her nails trimmed, and they always have same day appointments. I highly recommend
The groomers have been very good to our dog. There is a program for regular users that saves money.
