J grooming studio

I took my dogs in for a grooming appointment earlier today. Our appointment was scheduled for 2 pm, but I arrived at 1:50 pm to be safe. I left my dogs in the car and went inside to drop off their vaccination records. I asked if anything else was needed, and I was told that was all. Around 1:58 pm, I brought my dogs inside. I have an 11-pound maltipoo who is very quiet and a 30-pound mini aussie who is energetic and tends to pace or bark excitedly in new environments. As soon as we walked in, the staff member began making comments about dogs not being allowed to bark in the building. I immediately asked if they preferred to groom only the maltipoo, but she said they could groom both. Even after that, she continued making comments and mentioned she might add fees and extra charges simply because my mini aussie was excited. I explained that no groomer has ever complained about my dogs before. They’re groomed every month, and we only came here because we just moved. After hearing several unnecessary comments from someone who should be comfortable working with dogs, I politely asked for my dogs back instead of leaving them in her care. I honestly don’t think she has the experience needed to provide a good grooming service. I do not recommend this place. I suggest going somewhere with more experience and better customer care.

I have been brining my Frenchie here for a while. The awesome service, ease of making an appointment and great communication keeps me coming back. You can tell as soon as you walk in that they love what they do and I am so grateful for J Grooming Studio! My family LOVES when our Frenchie comes home from J Grooming, he smells so good and looks shiny. Mahalo nui J Grooming!

This is the best grooming salon we have been to. Kuma listens to the groomer and does a great job with her. kuma doesn't get kenneled like they do at petco. 10/10! We go monthly

We've been working with Jin for years. She is an absolute professional and has always treated our pets with the utmost care and respect. Our pets always come home with a great looking haircut and an adorable photo. We drive an hour to get to J Grooming Studio because the care and level of service is so high. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I took my 13-year old miniature schnauzer Chloe to J grooming studio and I was so impressed by their grooming skills, professionalism, and kindness. Julia took such a great care of Chloe and after grooming she looked like a cute puppy. 🙂 Julia was extremely considerate and told me she tried to be as quick as possible since Chloe was a senior dog and she didn't want her to get too stressed. After grooming, I received a cute photo of Chloe and it made me so happy. I highly recommend J grooming studio!

Unprofessional Phone Service – Very Disappointed I’ve been trying to call J Grooming in Ewa Beach to make an appointment, and I’m honestly shocked at how I was treated. A Chinese lady kept answering the phone and hanging up on me without even letting me speak. The first time I called, a Korean lady answered and was polite, so I don’t understand why I’m suddenly being ignored. What kind of business picks and chooses which customers to respond to? That’s not right, especially for a pet grooming service. I understand you might be busy, but hanging up on someone who’s just trying to schedule an appointment is completely unprofessional. My dog isn’t even that bad — no reason to treat us like we’re unwanted! Very disappointed in the customer service.

Took my Pomchi for the first time and it was a great experience. Sophia looked fantastic and when I picked her up they were dancing together in the front of the door. This is the only groomer you should go to
