Amanda did an excellent grooming. Our dog is a senior dog and quite timid towards strangers. I was surprised how quickly and friendly, he welcome her. She is very courteous and professional. This facility was very clean and organized and will be using again.
I wanted to provide a review which I typically do not do, but I can’t help with how impressed I am. We have taken our 7 year old Australian shepherd to Ruby’s 3 times. The second time was a couple of weeks ago when they mentioned my pup had a few mats that needed to be cut out and she needed a good trim. So I brought her back and she looks like a completely different dog. She is so soft and her trimming was perfect she’s never looked better. I want to give a shout out to them for such a great job. Not to mention every time we have gone in there the staff, regardless of who is there is extremely friendly. I think we have found our perfect hometown groomer. Thank you so much!
I went for the first time reI recently brought my dog in for grooming, and I am beyond impressed with the level of care he received. The staff took such great care of him, and the services provided exceeded my expectations. Upon picking him up, he looked amazing, and most importantly, he appeared very happy and content. Service is always on point. My dog comes back happy and groomed just as I asked. Friendly service and hospitality. It's a small business with much potential.
At first I had the wrong groomer but so happy I did. I had a WONDERFUL experience, I have very shaggy sheper-doodle and she made my girl look so much better. This has been the best groomer I've ever been to and I've been to 4 before her. I highly recommend this place.
