My 5 y.o. golden retriever was not a fan of going to the groomer until my neighbor recommended and we tried The Salty Dog . Entering the shop feels like walking into a boutique. Friendly staff greets us, confirms the grooming request and Hazel happily goes into the back for her grooming. Hazel comes out tail wagging at pickup perfectly groomed to my liking. Give The Salty Dog a try. Truly step above the others I’ve tried.

I absolutely 🩷 bringing my sweet boy to the Salty Dog for his grooming. He’s so comfortable he even falls asleep while getting cut. I am a businesswoman of 40 years and have never in my life experienced a ruder and more unprofessional communication with a fellow businesswoman. I merely wanted to understand pricing and what was included in pricing. I brought my dog in and the woman at the desk said that the owner would give me pricing and said that it started at 125 and went to 160. I felt this was a very large span and wanted to get more accurate with a definite price for an every eight week grooming and bath. I attempted to reach out to Melissa, no less than four times by phone as well as text When I finally reached her, I found her to be evasive, short and still noncommittal regarding price. When I explained that I’d be looking for eight week grooming not 4 to 6 week and what the weight of my dog was which I had already told her as well as the breed of dog she was still not able to give me a price and proceeded to hang up on me!! I would be extremely careful committing to bringing your loving animal into a place that’s owner treated a potential new client so rudely. One would have to wonder how they treat the animals if they treat the owners that disrespectfully!!

Excellent groomer. My dog always looks beautiful. I highly recommend. I drive an hour just to have my dog groomed. Well worth it.

Leaving a five-star review for Salty Dog Groomers due to their exceptional care provided to my 3-pound Micro Teacup Yorkie. When I first brought her in, her coat was severely matted—so much so that I believed we’d have to start from scratch and endure the long process of growing her hair back. To my surprise and relief, the team at Salty Dog worked their magic. My puppy now has a beautifully fresh trim and her coat is silky, smooth, and luxuriously soft. Their skills exceeded my expectations!

My dog used to shake when he got a nail trim but after several times at The Salty Dog, he goes in happily. The team is compassionate and caring about animals, I highly recommend! Also, they have the cutest area to sit and shop.
