Our kitty was very matted and would not allow us to brush her. I took her to Cristin and we agreed that a lion cut was the only way to remedy the problem. She looks adorable and more than that she is super friendly again and happy for us to pet her. Cristin did a wonderful job! I will bring her back for future grooming visits to keep her fur in great condition!

I have been taking my dog to Cristin at Grey Cottage for years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I've never once had any scheduling/appointment issues; she's always on time and professional. She's also so caring, loving and gentle with my dog. He's not just a number to her like at some other groomers and she gives her full attention to him. He looks so good after and is always so excited to get a treat or toy. She is also knowledgeable and very helpful with any skin/fur/allergy questions I have. Cristin's demeanor is very friendly and kind and accommodating which makes me feel good about taking my dog to her. I went to another grooming business once when I needed a last minute appointment and Cristin was already booked. It was like night and day. That business was a little bigger with several people working there and my dog was treated like a number, left alone several times (I could hear him howling - broke my heart) and they were not friendly or accommodating in the least. I would choose a smaller business with individual personal attention any day. I highly recommend Cristin and the Grey Cottage!!

We absolutely LOVE our grooming dates with with Cristin! She is so nice to us and makes us drop-dead gorgeous! Although it takes a while to get an appointment sometimes, especially around the holidays, it is well worth the wait! I guess that lots of other pups want to go see her, too, because she is so wonderful, so we have to wait our turn. We can’t wait ‘til our next visit, Cristin! Love, Scooter and Buffy

Cristin grooms my 6yo ragamuffin, Helena. She is wonderful with cats and they look fabulous when done. She is very good about discussing your pets grooming needs and she is an excellent groomer. I have no worries in leaving my cat with Cristin as I know she gets the best of care.

We've taken our golden retriever for grooming once a month for over 4 years. She enjoys her visit and they do an excellent job. The driveway is kinda difficult as it goes uphill.

The only groomer that we have ever used. Very caring, careful and accommodating. Our dog always looks great afterward.

I decided to get my ragdoll/Maine Coone mix cat groomed for the first time and this was one of the few groomers in the area that does cats and had good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. My cat has never had a professional groom before and had overgrown hair on his paws and a few knots here and there. I got the full fabulous feline package for him and he came back to me smelling amazing and he's so soft. I highly recommend Cristin if you have a long haired cat you need groomed!
