Hurricane Express Pet Wash

took two of my dogs for baths, one is a long haired the other didn’t even have her bath but she’s short haired. we started with the lab and there was no shampoo coming out of the sprayer. we tried the normal shampoo and the tick, neither seemed to be stocked. the water was warm in the beginning which is nice instead of freezing the dogs out with a hose but after maybe 2 minutes it was hot and my dog looked uncomfortable. with his long hair, not having towels was a downside I didn’t think to bring any from home but I wish I had. if you’re going here I suggest bringing towels and shampoo just incase they’re out of shampoo. we left and gave both dogs baths at home since even after a wash he needed another because there was no shampoo. I did like however that the door locked from the inside so someone else couldn’t just walk in and it was a single room.

Went here today because the place I usually go to is closed for maintenance. First of all, $10 for 10 minutes is ridiculous. The machine has a loud alarm beeping sound when it is starting and stopping which is silly for a dog wash machine. The water pressure stopped working like half way through and then got really hot. Took a while for it to go back to a normal temperature and pressure. There are no towels and no table to brush your dog after. The dryer wasn’t great but also didn’t have any time left to use it. I did not use the machine’s shampoo or conditioner but I did notice they have a flea and tick shampoo option which is funny because I’ve never heard of a flea shampoo that doesn’t need to sit on the dog for at least 5 minutes to work. Overall not any better than using a hose in my yard.

I usually like this pet wash but today the water barely got warm and there was no shampoo in either the regular or flea choices and nothing in the conditioner option. Very disappointed today!

First let me say that I love this pet wash. I have dogs that don’t take too kingly to other dogs so the privacy of each room and ability to lock the doors is amazing. This time around I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the facilities. Both were very dirty. And not just pet hair from people not cleaning up but dirt all over the floors and then of course because it’s a pet wash the water mixed with the dirt and made for a very messy experience. I brought all three of my dogs and by the time I got done washing them their paws were filthy. And my little dog was completely in need of another wash on account of how short he is so his paws and under belly were dirtier than when we entered the wash.

Not too many self serve pet washes in town so this is nice and convenient. A few adjustments could really help this pet was up its game. First, 10 min is a really rushed amount of time to was and dry your dog. It is also expected that you clean out the tub within this period of allotted time ( that part should be free to encourage others to clean behind themselves). Both the tick shampoo and conditioner were out. A lot of reviewers mention shampoo being out. The shampoo that was available is incorporated in the water and does not provide enough suds to actually clean your dog and leave there smelling good. In my opinion Tractor Supply is the better dog wash- as they do not have a time limit, they provide unlimited shampoo supply, & they provide you with towels. I would only return to this one if I brought my own towel and shampoo, & if I was in a hurry since tractor supply is a further drive. If this pet wash addressed these minor issues it would be the most convenient one since it is closer to many who live within city limits.

Took my stepmoms doggy there after a rainy day. I was very pleased with the Pet Wash, and the space available to wash your pet. I love that the products provided are high quality and smell great. I will be sure to recommend this was Pet Wash to all my friends.

It is quick and easy for both me and our pup. The best part is I don't have dog hair all in my tub at home. Thanks for making the bath process easier!
