PetSmart Grooming

Very disappointed with my cat’s grooming appointment. The cut is extremely uneven with visible clipper lines and little to no blending between lengths. Very choppy overall, I understand that groomers sometimes need to go shorter due to matting but that was never communicated at any point if that was the case. I was rushed through payment, the groomer never came back out to discuss the cut, and I wasn’t given an opportunity to review the haircut before leaving. I didn’t notice how uneven it was until I got home. If significant changes from the requested cut were necessary, that should have been communicated. This is so unacceptable.

My dog loves Monae B and Monae loves her back. She's so patient and does a great job grooming. My pup left pampered for sure.

I went to this store this week. I asked an employee if they had any Leopard geckos. Because they are known to hide in the day time. So they could have been under the decor log something. Her response was If you don’t see it we don’t have it. I explained to her politely. Reason asking is because the tank had a decor log and he can hide might be why I can’t see him. I was interested in buying some. I have bought two in the last 3 weeks with all the supplies and rank. Spent about close to $500 because I bought two 25 galling tanks. I wanted to buy two more for my kids and her attitude and her lack of even trying to help me and get me crickets. I just went to Petco and bought everything there. I’ll spend more money if need to but I ain’t wasting my time with this store.

The staff is so patient!! Our puppy can be a handful, but his cut was really good. Everyone we met was very friendly and went above and beyond to help.

Woman at the counter was hostile and doesnt need to be working with the public. I had to pull my elderly mother out of there today before I lost my temper over how she was talking to her. Just a nasty attitude looking for a fight.

Scheduled an appt over the phone for nail trimming. When asked if we would like to add shampoo and brush for total $24 we agreed. At check-in I was asked if we would like the rough clipped nails filed the total fee would be $44. When I inquired why rough nails would be left after trimming or why the filing service wouldn’t be offered during the initial scheduling over the phone the attendant interrupted me with a standard explanation and continued to interrupt with any follow-up inquiry I had including, "You’re being informed now." It wasn’t the $44 as much as it was the last minute add-on and, especially, the constant interruptions that really prompted this review. PetSmart may well offer the best services around. I don’t know. It’s doubtful now that I’ll ever find out. What I do know is they need a new face at their Skibo Road check-in counter.

They always take care 5 my dog in grooming. I also collect member points. I didn't even know I was collecting them until I found out that I had some money to spend in the store... I love free ♥️
