Shauna was Very sweet and easy to talk to, also VERY patient! She groomed Maui my dreaded/matted 12 year old anxiety ridden Shih-Tzu Maltese mix really fast and Maui did great!!! Would recommend over and over!! If I could give 6 stars I would!

This is my first time taking my dog with her and let me tell you she did not disappoint!! my dog gets really bad anxiety going to groomers and i let her know about this and she let me stay with my dog to keep her calm and make her feel safe…no other dog groomer would let me stay with my dog which is why she wouldn’t like going to them!! im definitely taking her back when her fur grows out..i had a very nice experience taking her here she looked so pretty after her cut and shower😍😍she left her hair so soft and smelling so good!!! can’t express how amazing she is definitely don’t think twice about taking your fur babies here..im sure you and your pet will love the environment there!!

Shauna was great with my 5 month old Aussie-doodle. We just got him and are working on his socialization so I was not hopeful that he would be able to be groomed successfully. She went above and beyond and allowed me to stay with him as he got acclimated. He looks amazing and I will be returning!

When I called Softpaws I was able to get an appointment quickly, my dogs were the only dogs in the facility at the time of service (which helps with their nerves) and they were groomed beautifully, and quickly. I’ve been to other places around town and not found such friendly, hospitable reception anywhere else. I also felt really good supporting a small, local operation. The owner clearly loves animals!

I have a 65lb Bully named Zella and it was her first time getting groomed Shauna was absolutely wonderful with her and did an amazing job She has the best prices and does outstanding work! I'm so happy I found her place, I will definitely be bringing Zella back and recommending Shauna and her wonderful business with everyone! 💖

With just a picture of my dog’s last haircut and no other details, she gave him a cut that was the same but done at a much better quality. I was only passing through on a road trip but this lady needs more reviews to reflect her quality work. I don’t usually review either.
