Wally is the best! He totally cares about his clients, human and canine, alike. He was so non-rushed when we communicated over the phone, when I first went to meet him and introduce our mini goldendoodle to him, and on the day of service. He has a great personality and does a thorough job of grooming which includes all the extras. His price is transparent, fair and well worth the work. I have paid less but you know what they say... I called Wally to see if he was able to fix a messed up haircut from a different groomer. He told me he was booked out until Christmas, but still invited me to his shop after closing hours. I brought Miles over and we spent the first 15min letting him sniff around to get used to the space (he’s a rescue). He then was brought to the grooming area where I got to see everything firsthand. Miles has been extremely nervous with scissors around his face until Wally. Not only was he able to fix his haircut, he was also able to cut his nails. By the time he was done, Miles was walking around with his tail wagging and totally trusting of the space he was in. My jaw was on the floor. Wally is so respectful, it was absolutely lovely learning about his experience over the years with all different types of dogs. He gained a lifelong client through our session. I can’t wait to continue to grow Miles’ confidence with our new groomer!

I can’t say enough positive things about Wally and his business. This is the only place that doesn’t make my pup anxious, where he comes backs so happy and perfect. Best staff and practices, they truly care and do such an amazing job!

I went to get my dog groomed two weeks ago. I wanted my dog to be groomed before a wedding I was taking him to. The owner was really kind and gave me an appointment literally the next day. My dog has anxiety and this was his first time trying a new groomer but he came back so happy and he had the best haircut I've ever seen. I will definitely be coming back here to get my dog groomed. I 100% recommend this place to any dog owner.

I’ve been struggling to find a good groomer for my dog chase. The places I’ve been have either held him for hours and hours or just didn’t cut him like I asked. Right away, Wally made me and Chase feel so comfortable. He told me what to expect with pricing and time over the phone. He was also able to squeeze Chase in today right before the new year. I’ve never been so happy with a groomer until now. He was super nice and personable and made sure he understood exactly what I wanted for chase’s cut. What I love most is that he doesn’t have cages for the dogs, it’s by appointment only and chase was only there for an hour and a half. He texted me when chase was 15 minutes from being done so I could get ready to pick him up. With the dog illness going around this was absolutely the best choice I could have went with. I will never use any other groomer ever again. His cut is absolutely everything I asked for. I highly highly recommend Wally! And he sent me these before and after photos that I’m obsessed with.

Wally is an amazing groomer. While my Missy obviously does not need her fur trimmed, she does need her demon claws clipped. She despises having them done usually. However, she allows Wally to do her nails with very little fussing, as well as giving her a bath. Unlike when she goes to the vet and they have to put a muzzle on her when they touch her ears, she is the complete opposite with Wally. She loves going to see Wally. I would recommend him to anyone.

We took our dog Lucy this morning to Wally for the first time and could not be happier! From the moment we walked in the door, Wally was welcoming and made us and Lucy feel comfortable. Lucy is not the easiest dog to work with given her anxiety, but Wally had a way of working with her that made us instantly feel at ease upon dropping her off. She easily approached him and was wagging her tail. When the appointment was over and we picked Lucy up, Wally took the time to talk with us and let us know how the appointment went. Lucy looks and smells amazing, her fur is so shiny and clean. She has never felt so soft!! Wally’s business is spotless and he explained how he sanitizes everything after he is done with a client. He does not have any crates/kennels which is a huge plus, given we can’t crate Lucy due to anxiety. We are very pleased with our experience today. We highly recommended Wally and look forward to our next appointment!
