We've taken all our babies to Lucky Paws! The only place we trust with our fur babies! The pups love the people there and they always come back looking amazing. We've tried other places and nothing compares. Sadie is the best!

My dog is very skittish so the staff handled her with gentleness and kindness. They made a stressful situation for her more bearable. She looked and smelled wonderful when they were finished. High marks all around.

This has been the place we’ve taken our terriers for nail trims when we’re not up to doing it ourselves. They’ve always been so sweet and gentle and took us on a walk on a basis. Once my husband forgot his wallet, and they were kind enough to do the trim anyway and let us pay the next time we came in. I love supporting a local small business. I’ve been bringing my Pomeranian to this pet salon for several years, and they are simply amazing! They always do a fantastic job managing his fluffy coat, making sure he looks his best and stays comfortable. The team is incredibly attentive, not only with grooming and haircuts but also with teeth cleaning and nail care. Every visit feels like a spa day for my dog, and he always comes home looking adorable and happy. If you’re looking for a place that treats your pet like family, this is definitely the one!

I brought my two golden retrievers in for a full groom and communicated to the staff that I would just like for them to be cleaned up, but to still retain all of their golden retriever like qualities. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because my female looks fine. My male however was cut extremely short and now resembles more of a Labrador than anything. Upon pick up I was informed he looks so much better and because he had more hair he is a bit shorter than my female. Once outside, it was clear he is MUCH shorter than any reputable groomer has ever groomed him. My dogs have been on an 8 week grooming schedule their entire life and we have never experienced such a botched job on our dog. I know they spent multiple hours of work on my dogs, but a pretty penny was spent to not receive the service asked for and to pick up a very different dog than I dropped off. If you’re just looking for a bath, probably an okay place to go, but if you’re looking for a full groom, I’d certainly look else where.

I've been taking my dog here for over a year and they have always been lovely with her. I have a hard timeline of how long my availability allows for her to be there (jobs, commitments, normal stuff) and I communicated that upfront, at drop off and was assured that 2 hours is enough time to finish the appointment and was even told at drop off that she would likely be done early. Fast forward 1.5 hours and I get a phone call saying she will be "closer to 12:15-30" when I told them absolutely she needed to be done by 12. Her excuse was they got a lot of walk ins... so they are prioritizing the walk ins over the appointment I scheduled weeks ago. Then had the audacity to tell me I was being unreasonable and to find a new salon. Happily. I won't be returning.

I've been bringing my dogs here for over two years, and the groomers consistently do an amazing job. They are truly the best! If you're looking for a dog groomer who delivers top-notch results every time, look no further.
