I have taken my dogs to Andrea for almost 20 years. I had an Australian Shepherd, English Springer Spaniel and Beagle. She is the only groomer my Aussie would let groom her. She has been excellent with them all.
Absolutely the best place ever for dog grooming. Andrea really cares about her clients and does a fantastic job! I can definitely say that my Maltese mix comes home happy from here which is not the experience she has had with other groomers.
I went to them when I had Buddy our little terrier mix and they were terrific. I will recommend to anyone who loves their pets and want A+ grooming. They keep calm and the animals genuinely love it. Buddy passed but we now have a new pup-5yrs old- Murphy and he will be going there. I was at first heartbroken when I thought they couldn't take in new clients but thought I'd keep trying to get in when they had a new opening. Happy to say, we are going there again!! Love you guys!!
Andrea is AMAZING! She's literally the only groomer to ever be able to clip my boy's nails. Both my boys are a little anxious around strangers ( which is usually an excuse for other groomers to tell me "we couldn't clip their nails"). I feel like Andrea really took the time to calm them and get them comfortable and so now they love coming to visit her and sit nicely while she works. I absolutely recommend her services!
My dog loves coming here for a bath and clipping. Well, "loves" might be an exaggeration, but she doesn’t fight it! I certainly love how squeaky clean and trimmed up she is after Andrea gets done with her. Andrea is attentive and caring, and has given great advice to me over the years regarding the health and happiness of my dog. Price is very reasonable.
Andrea does a great job with my Westie. I wouldn’t take Archie to anyone else!
Since I did not leave a comment under my original rating and you felt like commenting under mine. Yes, I was 15 minutes late as I pulled into your store. You then turned me away as I was there with my dog. Mind you I have been been to your shop 5-6 times already. Regarding the name, my wife called and gave her name, then realized it was under mine. Please don’t confuse it for the $15 late fee lol. We just don’t like how you handle business and are going elsewhere. Good luck !
