Took my dog into petsmart to be groomed yesterday, saturday, March 22nd after a while of not taking him in for many reasons. Yesterday definitely reminded me why I havent been in a while. His nails were all halfway cut/done, I had to personally re-brush him on my own time the night and day after, when I picked him up he was still wet and very damp. Very poor experience, very poor job.
Terrible pic of my little one but they do an amazing job with her even though she can be difficult. Only complaint is trying to get out of there and checkout is always slow but all in all a good experience.
been coming here for about a year now. our dog has been with multiple of the groomers and they’ve all been amazing! Ashley in particular gave us some great info on what would and wouldn’t work well for our dogs breed/coat and she made her look so pretty, neat, and tidied up!
Such rude staff tonight. The lady who helped us with the guinea pigs was rude. Kept muttering stuff under her breath. The man running register 1 at 8:55 was rude. I had a hut picked out and it was damaged I asked if they had another and he said idk do we. Was completely unprofessional. Continued with rude remarks and quite frankly I still wanted the hutch damaged or not. Maybe a discount would've been nice but I would have bought it regardless. Very disappointed by my visit today. I came and spoke to a wonderful and kind young lady last Friday at around 8 and she was amazing. Helped me with my questions around the guinea pigs and let me hold them to show my younger sister. I'm so sad that we were treated the way we were tonight.
Sarah in grooming was very rude and dismissive to me. Worst customer service i have experienced. Will never go to this place again!
I took my puppy Bear to get groomed and Kennedy I think her name was did an amazing job I will be back
I love PetSmart, I come here once a month to stock up on treats for my dog Chanel and get her a new chew toy that she’s gonna destroy in about two weeks if not less. 😂 thank you PetSmart
