Bubbles Pets Grooming

I’ve been taking my baby here since he was a pup! Love love love every grooming he gets! Billy does an amazing job each time and has my baby looking and feeling amazing ! I made the mistake of trying a different groomer one time and unfortunately he got a really chronic ear infection due to the other groomers not drying/cleaning his ears properly and never again will I go somewhere else! Billy does an awesome job each time and never fails to get me in either same day or a specific date/time I need! I will keep coming here until my nico grows old!

I really love this place for my dogs Luna and Teddy he does always a good job and my dogs come out always so happy and relaxed and relieved I honestly do not believe the reviews because I never had a problem with my dogs and haven’t even had one complaint with them I hate when people try to ruin a business and I have been taking one of my dogs for 16 years and I still take her with him and she always comes out so happy and my new dog that is 1 year old likes going there my dog never gets scared or anything I love this place and for the price I think it’s affordable and fair

Do not recommend this place he’s pricey and doesn’t do his job correctly and he doesn’t properly know how to cut dog nails, He left my dog without a nail and was very rude when I called him complaining about it.

The owner here is great. He always does a great job on my pups. They always come out looking so cute and smelling fantastic. You do need an appointment in order to get your pup cleaned up. The process does take a long time since it is just the owner who is doing all the work one pup at a time but it is all worth it. My mini poo is so nervous when it comes to getting cleaned up but the owner is so gentle and patient that my Jupiter never stresses out as much as she does at Petsmart. My other pup Venus also gets anxious but as soon as she's done she comes put happy and excited. I definitely would recommend this place and will be going back in the future.

Paid $ 60.00 and my dogs hair was still long and uneven. My fault for accepting him that way. I groom alot better. Don't know if I'll go back for groom. Nail cut charge is 15.00 a bit pricey. But I may have to go back just for that. I'm too chicken to cut nails. Good luck.

So i dropped of my pet this morning at 9:30am. It usually takes about 4 hours before my dog is ready. This was a day that I left my phone at home and then had to do a bunch of errands. When i got home I had received 3 calls from the owner. Each one sounding a little bit more angrier each time. When I arrived at Green bubbles the owner asked me if I had received his calls and why I did not have enough respect to return the calls. At that point things went downhill. He was visibly angry and i told him I did not have my phone. he told me if I was to return again that if I did not obey his policy of picking up my pet within 30 minutes of it being finished, that he would charge me an extra fee next time. I told him that because of his attitude and demeanor towards me that I would probably not return, as well as 2 other family members who were now doing business with him as well. I asked him if he cared to lose 3 customers and i never got an answer, but he just walked away from me and left me standing there. This man is rude and does not know how to treat his customers, considering that I had been there 3 times already and was a loyal customer. Myself and my family will take our pet somewhere else.

***Do Not Take Your Dog Here*** I have pictures that prove this fool does not know how to cut nails!!! So I took my French bulldog last week and they trimmed his nails and they cut them way too short. He was bleeding they went into his nerve area on almost every single toe. I do not recommend this place for anyone with a small dog or any dog for that matter.
