Kim, always accommodating, for Jackson's ( Jack Russell) 10 minute nail trim.. I also bring my 1 yr. Old Maltipoo for her full grooming, I am quite satisfied.. Not very good experience at Petco in Eastville.

I was visiting my family out of state and needed to groom my pomeranian puppy..I decided to try this place since it was nearby. I specifically asked for a teddy bear haircut & NOT to shave her down, but she did not follow instructions. I was very disappointed with the cut and to top it off she put this bow collar on her as you can see with staples all around.. my puppy was trying to take it off(bite it off) and hurt her gums, she was bleeding alot and got it all over her chest and paws, so much for the wash..never coming back here. Be careful with your fur babies!

Kim is the best in the business! She cares about your pet. She knows my dogs and they enjoy going to her shop. My dog even walks without a leash to her shop and I know they are comfortable with her. I no longer live in the neighborhood but I drive 45 minutes to take my beloved pets to a person who truly cares for them. Highly recommended

Great service, 1st time visit, I had to adjust my schedule last minute and she was so flexible. My dog looked so adorable when I picked him up, bow tie and all. He was only there for a couple of hours when his past groomers kept him for what seemed all day. He even was graded "A" what a good boy. 😂

The owner is a such a caring lady. She takes care of my little senior dog so well. He always looks so beautiful when I pick him up afterward. I appreciate her service so much. Thank you Double Bubble ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
