Absolutely horrendous experience at this dog grooming company. Not only did they manage to CUT my poor dog's tongue while grooming him, but they had the audacity to charge me for their incompetence. I urge everyone to steer clear of this place unless you want your beloved pet to suffer and your wallet to be emptied. Save yourself the anguish and find a reputable grooming service elsewhere. This place is an absolute nightmare. My poor dog, left blood all over the place and couldn’t eat for 2 days.

DO NOT EVER GET SERVICE DONE HERE!!!!!!!!! EVER I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 9:30AM AND IT WAS ALREADY 5:30PM AND MY DOG WAS STILL NOT EVEN HALF WAY DONE!!! IN THE MIDDLE OF MY APPT THEY HAD TO STOP MY SERVICE FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS BECAUSE THERE CLIPPERS AND WATER WAS NOT WORKING!!! THEY CAME NOT PREPARED AT ALL AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL THE MANGER RAY IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEFORE I BOOKED MY APPT I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM HOW MY DOG WAS A OLDER DOG HOW HE HAD LOTS OF HAIR AND THEY STILL HAD ONLY 1 PERSON COME. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD !!!!!! DONT EVEN COME HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR ANIMAS TO THIS ABUSE. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE!! THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE BEING PAID FOR. Just look at how they respond to honest reviews. We made the appropriate decision when it came to the safety for our animal. We asked a simple question about pricing and were met with "that's not going to help" then the man hung up. Then after leaving a review he called back to yell at me. So no dont let these people into your home. They honestly seem like they are trying to scop homes for goods to rob people later. Im not the only one who feels like this.

Jessica was are groomer. She was very great with my cat. And I am very pleased. My long haired flame point looks so handsome with his lion cut. Ears clean, nails trimmed and He smell really nice. Jessica is an asset to this company. I highly recommend her. Mrs. Elizabeth Marquez

Want to thank LaRissa, she was wonderful with my cat. She took care of him and comforted him while grooming him, giving him an awesome lion's cut. Highly recommend her. I opted for the mobile grooming service. So much easier and less stress on my cat.

Great work grooming my Ragdoll cats! I got the lion cut for them and it was perfect! They seem happier with less fur on these hot summer days! Super nice customer service!

I'm shocked. The pen is mightier than the sword. They fell on their own pen! Thanks for saving my dogs and I the drama!
