OH MY GOODNESS I am so so SO grateful to the employee who helped me yesterday! I was initially trying to get a class pet (hermit crab) and I talked to someone very knowledgeable about each pet for sale. Based on her advice, we decided that a tarantula would be a more suitable option for my classroom environment. My students love it and I couldn’t be more grateful that I spoke with someone before my purchase. Excellent customer service!

Visited the Fontana location for grooming my poodle Chanel. My experience each time has been great. Staff is friendly and professional. Genna F. is my groomer and she is excellent!! Thank you for excellent service.
Omg yesterday in the Grroming Area my dog had an appoitment at 1.30pm the girls are very nice, but the person who assist my Fifi WOW 👌 great person, his name is NOEL what a professional 👏 and kind guy I'm so happy my doggy looks young and so beautiful I'm so happy to haven taken her there thank you Noel hope to see you again when I take my dog Merry Christmas!!
The service is horrible. Not the first time it happens nor the only location. I doubt it I’ll go back to any.
Although it was late ( Almost time to close ) the people in the store were helpful and directed me to the right products I need it I really appreciate their knowledge.
It was great they did a wonderful job for my Lily being there for her first time
