Oprah is truly amazing, and I feel so grateful to have found her. Mochi always comes home looking absolutely beautiful, but more importantly, she comes home happy, calm, and well cared for. We’ve been with Oprah for about three years now, and she has been taking care of Mochi since she was just six months old, which gives me so much peace of mind. What really sets this place apart is the level of trust and consistency. It’s not just grooming—Oprah has also supported us with training and boarding, and every experience has been nothing short of wonderful. In the past, we had some difficult situations with other groomers that left Mochi feeling anxious, and as an owner, that was really hard to see. Since coming here, that anxiety has completely changed. Doggie Plus Spa has created such a warm and positive environment, and it truly shows in how Mochi responds. She gets excited every time she sees Oprah, and that alone speaks volumes. Knowing that my dog feels safe, loved, and genuinely happy here means everything to me. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Oprah is wonderful! Our dog Ginger always looks great when we pick her up. This is the only place I will take our animals to get groomed. I’ve had poor situations from other groomers and it resulted with Ginger having anxiety. Doggie Plus Spa has consistently provided great results and my dog is so happy to see Oprah which says a lot!

I had been bringing my pup for about a year, until we picked her up and was told she got "shampoo" in her eye. It oozed for a few days, and I went in to ask what exactly happened, it was clearly not just shampoo. She answered the walkie talkie, when I told her why I was there, another person came out and said she was not at the office. (but she just answered the walkie talkie :/ ) Left my number, and never got called back. She lost a loyal customer all because she could not JUST BE HONEST.

We just took our two German shepherds in to get baths and they are clean fresh and looking amazing. Our female particularly is very difficult and these guys handled it with no problem. They are very friendly and they provide great customer service. They were quick to schedule us and get us in and treated our puppies Amazing if you bring in your furry friend you won’t be disappointed! If I could I would give them six stars! Thanks Guys! My husband and I have been looking for a good dog groomer for our Tibetan mastiff (lots and lots of hair) for a while now and have tried multiple places but each time we had gotten him back he either wasn’t dry all the way or they hadn’t brushed him very good and it always ended up to being well over 100$ But this place was absolutely amazing they not only did an outstanding job grooming him but we were able to drop him off before work and pick him up after we got off work for a really good price. I am extremely impressed with how well they did with grooming and taking care of him. 10/10 will definitely be going back. Also both ladies we talked to were incredibly nice.

I’ve been taking my dog to Oprah for years. It’s a wonderful safe place for my high maintenance dog if I need a break For the day, he needs a bath or I am going out of town for a few days. I trust Oprah with my son Nelson!!!!

We have been taking our German Shepard puppy here since she was 4-5 mo the old, she is now one. We have had only great experiences with all of the staff. Our dog is very well socialized and gets very excited going to play with her friends. The staff treat our Sophia with love and patience and are always happy to see her. We also bring our older dogs for nail trimming with great results.
