PetSmart Grooming

The grooming looked natural and clean, not overly styled like some places do. My schnauzer still looked like himself, just much tidier and healthier. Staff members were friendly without sounding fake, and the waiting area didn’t have that strong chemical smell I’ve noticed at other pet salons.

Worst staff experience I’ve ever had! Like if you hate your job so much leave. Like to be rude to someone just come long in to pick up an order…. All I ask is hey I’m just here to pick up an order for so an so and they just start freaking out like it was just so much to ask for I don’t know about a couple people working here guy in the back on his phone just points at some shelf’s.. right on thanks dude! If you’re having a bad day leave that crap at the door! Treat your customers better

They always do an amazing job with my dogs! Got both my dogs (big, fluffy, 90 and 100lb boys) groomed yesterday and they left super soft, smelling good, and so handsome 🙂 I will attach some pics of Zeus, Marble isn’t as tolerant of bows and frills lol. Made my day picking them up and seeing this cuteness! Thanks for always taking such good care of them, see ya next time!

Love Petsmart grooming salon! All the guys and gals are amazing! Special shout out to Lux who grooms my bulldog! He is admittedly AWFUL! She takes her time with him and understands the bully behavior. Elise is also wonderful with my lab. Doggos always come out fresh and clean! I won’t take my pups anywhere else!!! 10 stars ⭐️

I am so disappointed with this place. I have had good experiences here in the past but it truly depends on what groomer you get. I usually try to stick with the same groomer but I think they have a high turn over rate because once I find a good one it seems they don’t work there anymore when I come back for my next appointment. I just picked my dog up, he got groomed by Victoria M, and I am positive she didn’t do anything to him. He doesn’t even smell like soap? I mostly took him to get his nails clipped and they are the same length. He didn’t receive a trim around his private area, even though this comes with the package I bought. I sadly didn’t notice this until I got home, because they usually do a pretty good job I walked out confident that they had done a good job. I’m so very disappointed and I will not be returning to this groomer. I just wasted money, because grooming your dog is never cheap. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Was looking for an incompetent hostile environment that charges $360/hr (2 min $12) to show a dremel to a nail or two and leave dew claws more capable of gutting fish and increasing staff infections. found it!

!!PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO GET GROOMED HERE!!! This is THE WORST Groomer EVER! They apparently DO NOT accept notarized rabies documents straight from the vets office can’t imagine why not, but I don’t even want this groomer touching my dog after dealing with her terrible attitude and customer service skills! PLEASE GIRE A DECENT GROOMER AND FIRE THIS ONE!!
