Had to buy clippers and brush for a small dog. Toy breed to be exact. No brushed in there size except a 3 PC set from CHI. Didn't need detailer spray of slicker brush.Just a brush. Asked the cashier bc I could not find anyone and she tells me the isle to go in I tell her I was there. So she leaves her post to point out a big brush. Sorry we don't sell small brushes. Petsmart of all sizes?
Petmart, your grooming staff SUCKS! Rane is a BIG LIAR and very unprofessional! My dog never had a problem until this new staff arrived. Sadly, the manager Kory condones unprofessionalism and lacks respect for her superiors. You don't have to worry about me bringing my dog back to your grooming nightmare again!
My sister just went to buy 14 gold fish. The manager declined the sale for whatever stupid assumptions they had in their head. Questioning her what type of tank she had when they have hundreds of them in one small tank.
Beautiful experience staff very pleasant I'll recommend it to all my friends.
