Max’s groomers are absolutely amazing! They spend quality time getting to know our 12 yo dogs before taking them in for services. They never, ever rush us and I feel like aim leaving them with caring friends. Everyone that works there is amazing. I lost me wallet (and found it) today and called the store. Allie looked all over inside and out for me! Such a sweetheart! Lastly, my dogs looked amazing when I picked them up!!!! Highly recommend Max’s for grooming!!!!

I couldn’t be happier with this grooming experience! I brought my dog in for something fun and different, and they absolutely delivered with the cutest leopard spots!!!! The groomer was incredibly talented, patient, and clearly loves what they do. The spots came out amazing!! Super neat, creative, and my girl looked like a little superstar when we left. The whole place was clean, welcoming, and they made my pup feel comfortable the entire time. I’ve already gotten so many compliments asking where it was done!!! Highly recommend if you want a groomer who can do something unique and still take amazing care of your dog. Plus, she made lots of new friends 🙂

We brought our cat Meekie to Max's pet market on Friday the day after thanksgiving. Meekie add run away and came back 2 weeks later the night before thanksgiving. We decided to take her in for grooming, clean up, etc. we were given an appointment for Saturday which was the day after we called to schedule. We got to the store and I just want to say it was one of the prettiest pet stores I've been to in a long time. The set up was open and clean and approachable and we just found it to be a really nice store. We met Kaila the groomer for our kitty. She was amazing and thoughtful and engaged in our story. She took such good care of Meekie. C brushed her out and cleaned her ears and clipped her nails and tried to give Meekie a bath. Our cat was not having anything to do with a bath!! But Kaila was amazing with her and took great care of her and took great care of us. I would recommend this store for pet supplies, grooming, and knowledge. They were amazing and I will definitely be going back!

They did a fabulous job with Tyson. He has a partial torn ligaments and they took very good care of him and gave him breaks. He looks awesome. He doesn't like his picture taken either.

Guapo looked amazing they groomed him, cut his nails and they did really good job. He also got a bowtie. He was very excellent. They said who did it they were so good. I will be coming there four weeks or three and Whoever did guapo Did an amazing job the pricing is super fair and I recommend coming to Max’s pet market and salon. I get his food there and his toys and beds. It’s a really fun place. Love it there too.

The sign (photo attached) was displayed in the store on 1/16/26, and when I asked Kayla about it, she said that I would receive a 10% discount on my bill today, consistent w/ the sign. Upon ringing up my items for well over $100 however, Kayla then provided a discount on only 1 item. When I asked her about the discrepancy, she said that "you’re welcome to take your business elsewhere". We would hope to have had a better experience as we’ve been coming to this store for years now. Unfortunately, Kayla’s disrespectful response will force us to do just that, look "elsewhere".
