Petco Grooming

We have 3 schnauzers,2 Mimi’s and a Giant. We’ve been taking our dogs to the Petco at the Forum shops for quite a while -years. We always have a great experience. Their groomers are top notch especially Beth. Our giant Diesel loves going to see her. Take advantage of their vital care program! Highly recommend!

I would give them more than 5 starts If there were more than 5 stars to give. Their service exceeds my expectations. Beth takes care of my Blue with so much love. Blue loves her. He doesn’t let any other person to buffer his nails but Beth. I would recommend them 100%. He sheds a lot. Every time I take him to Petco for grooming, he comes back like a new young dog 🐕

Beth at Petco on Dynasty Drive in Fort Myers is an exceptional groomer! After some disappointing experiences with big-box pet groomers, we were hesitant, but Beth has completely changed our perspective. She’s cared for all four of our dogs with skill and compassion, delivering perfect results every time. The entire team at this location is fantastic, working seamlessly together during check-in and check-out. Beth is a true gem and a credit to Petco. We’re thrilled to keep bringing our pups to her!

Jamie is so kind, knowledgeable and professional. She always puts us at ease. She's gentle when trimming our little girl's nail. Actually, -- the entire staff has always been cool. Hunnee Bee is in safe hands at this location. The staff knows their stuff and the services and store are top tier. Make sure you show these great people that you appreciate them please and remember to tip!!

Beth is absolutely the best! My doodle, Palmer, absolutely loves her. We decided to try a mohawk a few grooms ago. Everywhere we go, people are asking to take his picture. She does such an amazing job!

If I could give them zero stars I would! Worst experience ever. There are bald spots in several areas. She has several areas that have longer hair, not blended in. And there is no way she was bathed! She definitely doesn’t smell like the lemongrass I paid extra for! No one told us about it. Picked her up 3 hours later and noticed while in the car! Worst customer service. The management is TERRIBLE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS there!!!!

The groomer resd the previous visit notes which stated our dog was nervous and timid and took that into consideration. And she said he did wonderfully. Probably because she was trying to make him feel as comfortable as possible.
