Amanda is the best. She does an amazing job on my little guy Teddy. He gets his nails cut and filed by her. She’s soooooo nice….not only to my pup, but to me as well. It’s super appreciated how comfortable she makes us both feel. Highly recommend Amanda!

I took my dog today for the first time, for grooming services and I’m very satisfied with the service everyone provided. Very friendly, kind, and welcoming staff. We will definitely be back!

Maddy and Shay were absolutely awesome! Maddy assisted with helping us select a Kong crate that was on sale and selecting food options - and informed us of their Points Reward program. Shay was our cashier and was extremely kind and introduced to the Puppy Guide which helped us save even more money as well. They earned our trust and business. 😊 Expectional service. Very kind and friendly, and went above and beyond to meet our needs as customers. We'll DEFINITELY be coming back to the Six Mile Cypress Petsmart location. Oh. Also, Petsmart seemed to have better prices than their competitors as well. Win, win! 👏😊👏

The young woman who groomed Finley and supervised a new groomer was so professional and knowledgeable about her intake and precise targeting of how I wanted his cut even when she had never groomed him. She treated him so kindly and had great patience with the training a new employee. Finley was comfortable and enjoyed the attention. Both groomers obviously love and enjoy diogs and their profession.

I tool my dog, Jack, I foot just a simple bath and nail grinding. They were greasy and was able to fit me in same day! They do a great job!!

Different staff every time I take my dog for a haircut. I had an appointment today for my dog to get a haircut but I didn't want her put into a kennel because she chews on her paws till they bleed so I was informed she would have to have an Express service, which added an extra $15 . My dog has been here many times and never have I felt disrespectful as I had today. I would NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Be careful!! Don’t go to this place!! I made an appointment to do an hair cut to my dog ​​and we set a price in advance of 45 dollars when I got there they made my dog ​​look horrible with a crooked haircut, she is 5 months old and now she looks like she is 5 years old, she got an old woman's haircut, she looks horrible, all her teeth bleed after every meal , they hurt her teeth. And after I came to pay they told me it costs 95 dollars because she had fleas which is a complete lie!!! She never had fleas, they stole money from me!!! I am not satisfied and I will never go back there again!!!!
