Brought my puppy in for grooming, as I was not satisfied with the last grooming he has had. This place was excellent, very friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to discuss the areas of concern with my puppy. Excellent service as they went above and beyond

It sure was nice to have the younger girls give me respect and kindness. They were very informative as well. This was Rocky's first grooming. He's a short-haired 10 lb. chihuahua. I felt very relieved that he was a good dog and he's so soft now. Because of the whole experience I signed up for the membership. See you all soon! And thank you from the bottom of my heart!

So impressed. They did an excellent job on our Charlie (cavapoo) the staff was wonderful, informative and so comforting that he was not anxious going in or upon leaving which says a lot! Signed up for the membership and so happy to continue

Very friendly staff. Cuddy’s nails (i paid extra after cut to round out). His ears were cleaned. Teeth were good but did appear better hard to tell on brushing. I give a good dental bone once a day. My pup also lets me brush his teeth. As a trial price i was pleased. Next month i will be back in my state and see how subscription works. As of now i recommend trying trial and see if it works for you and your dog. These basic hygiene items are critical for a healthy dog so i like the concept.

I took my two shih-tzus to be groomed at Scenthound for the first time. I had tried the introductory rate bath and decided to join. As a member, the prices become more affordable when compared to other groomers in the area. I like the regularity of getting my dogs bathed every few weeks. It’s my understanding that they will allow seasonal residents to suspend monthly membership fees when they are not in residence in Florida. The staff seemed friendly and caring. They provide a "health check", alerting owners to possible concerns for which they have special products or services. If you have a vet in the area, this might not be important, but I appreciate a heads up about looming ear infections or skin conditions since both of my dogs occasionally have issues that need medications. The groomer even took the time to call me about written instructions I had entered in an online profile of grooming preferences. Spending a few minutes trying to understand my wishes meant I was more satisfied with the results. Their location in Fort Myers was especially important to me with seasonal traffic and construction issues making travel in the Daniels corridor frustrating. A friend had recommended Scenthound, so I was willing to take a chance on this new business. Very happy with my experience at Scenthound so far.

Very clean, efficient, and friendly place to take your pets and receive good quality care! Just moved from out of state and was very stressed about finding a good groomer and we definitely found what we were looking for. We have two German Shepherds that smell and look great!

Great job with my puppy Lacey! Also, great communication about the services provided and it was obvious that I was leaving her in safe hands! Very happy with the whole experience!!
