The groomer showed up an hour and a half later than I had scheduled. And when he did finally show up, he was extremely rude! He wouldn't listen to anything I saying about how I wanted my dog groomed (and I wasn't asking for anything complicated, just a trim), and even told me that he "didn't have time to discuss it" with me.
Fantastic service & professional work. Loved the easy he treated my pup & groomed him nicely.

These people are horrible! I left several messages over the span of a week when their voice mail and never got one return call! They are very unprofessional and have no concept of what they're doing
