At first I was impressed, then last time very disappointed. There was no shampoo or shampoo for fleas. It stresses our dog to get a bath to begin with, then to not even get him clean was a bit much. Will have to really think about going back again or not!!!! Also, for a week my bank showed a $5 charge, then all the sudden today, it’s now a $10…. Nope, not cool!!!!
I love both this dog wash and the one on Hwy 71. However, I arrive before the "closing time" and both of them are closed. I’m disappointed. Tonight was the only night I’ve had available to wash my dog, and now I will have to wait for however long. Again, I love the facility, but update your closing times.
There is no sign on door that it's closed. This is the second time I've driven all the way from Alma specifically to wash our animals with no luck. The website says it's open. Today it's raining and again closed with no sign that it is closed!! Disappointing and will rethink ever coming back!
The sprayer button does not work, and the blow dryer barely dries. On top of this, when I arrived at the one on 71 which said it was open online; they had a posted sign telling me it was closed and to go to the other one on Massard. Horrible experience, and no communication or updates to their online pages.
Quick, clean, and I didn't have to kill my back or get soaked while bathing my pet. The air conditioning kept it from getting humid. Oh, and the door locks so no accidental escapes!
Driven by several times and the dog wash sign is always off...attempted to call but nobody wants to answer the phone..
Why would a self wash ever close? Just crazy. Wasted 20 mile trip
