Joanna's always does a great job grooming my Shih Tzu and Toy Poodle. Comparable pricing, ease of getting in and out, professional friendly staff, patient with different dog personalities. Great set up! Thank-you for making them look great every time!

Joanna's Animal Grooming & Salon does exceptionally great and consistent grooming, as noted by my attached photos of my miniature Schnauzer and Schnoodle. I feel confident that my girls will come out looking great consistently. The prices are reasonable, the staff is always pleasant, but above everything both of my dogs love coming here!

Please be careful when you take your babies to get groomed. Courtney used to do a great job with my dog. Today it was someone named Callie/Kaley. Usually my dog is there for 3-4hrs. Today it was nowhere near that. The groomer cut my dog either with scissors or the clippers. I called and she said it could be from my dogs skin allergies. She has never had any issues or hot spots in the middle of her belly.

I have a six month old basset hound who is very sweet, but very basset. I just knew Amy would be able to handle her.She bellowed the whole time, but Amy was diligent and sent me home with homework to help prepare her for nails next time. What a wonderful, compassionate place! ❤️ ❤️ Thank you for your understanding!

Gabby looks amazing in her new haircut today! We (and she) couldn’t be happier. She is a rescue dog and has anxiety sometimes, but she was relaxed and did well with the staff. We were also very impressed with their professionalism, and clean modern facilities. You can tell that they take pride in their work and workspace. We booked our next grooming appointment right away before we left.

We take all three of our dogs there for grooming and they always look great when they’re done and reasonably priced I would recommend to anyone looking for a groomer

I was a customer here for a little over a year, but they have lost my business for good. Their pricing is great and they have done a fine job on haircuts for my mini golden-doodle. However, he has been hurt by a groomer here twice. In both cases they did not tell me when it happened. The first time was a small cut near where he was fixed. There wasn’t blood after the fact but there was a scab and it was a bit swollen. He also had some bad razor burn after that cut as well. The second instance was today. I picked my dog up, paid, and when we got to the car I saw fresh and dried blood caked in the end of his tail. I took a closer look and found a 2-3cm cut on the tip of his tail and it’s pretty deep. I immediately went back inside to confront them. They apologized, said they forgot to tell me, and it was a new de-matting tool. They cleaned up the blood and put ointment on his tail. I didn’t demand the money I paid back because they did provide the service, but I feel they should’ve offered more of a remedy than simply an apology. Perhaps offer me some or all of my money back? A discount for next visit? At least something!! I understand dogs squirm and can be wiggly, but to not tell a client that their pet was injured is beyond negligent. I will not be bringing my dog here again and I do NOT recommend anyone bring theirs. The photos I’ve added are of the wound on his tail a few hours after picking him up.
