PetSmart Grooming

I went to the location on Maysville Road I walked in and I felt horrible for the bets fish. Not only are they kept in tiny cups those tiny cups looked like they had not been cleaned in day's. The water in all of them we're so murky. I really wish I would have taken a picture. PetSmart if you are unable to hire people that can clean these cups you force these beta fish to live in you should not be allowed to carry them. Also, I know this is a corporate issue but it was so unbelievably hot in there. DO BETTER PETSMART

I have taken my dogs here for years and years. Great expierence everytime. All staff is friendly and all have done a great job. I feel safe dropping my pups off. Anytime i have walked into the grooming the staff is always speaking really sweet to the dogs. Recommend!

I stood in the grooming salon waiting 20 min for someone to come out called for someone opened and closed the door. Finally called they wouldn’t answer their phone, so I called the main store people they came back and went back to get someone. Always have problems with petsmart. They told me it will be about ten minutes before someone can come up. I guess service is not important to them. They can take 5 min to come help me and then go back to what they’re doing. Not my fault if they are getting themselves behind screwing around. Very Rude. Unfortunately my mom wants to bring the puppy here or I would take her somewhere else. Like I did my other dog because of high prices and issues with customer service. What also ticks me off is she saw me when she was helping the customer in front of me. I was being polite waiting 15 min while she helped the other person with their dogs she takes the dogs back and never comes back up front. Almost an hour wait: I walked out talked to the manager said I’m going else where. I was crying I was so upset.

The groomer was not able to finish my dog cut around his face because he drulls a lot so I took him back a week later and they fixed his face and tried to charge me 30.00 .I told her I wasn't going to pay her and ask to speak with a manager and as I walked out to her tge manager she States you could had brought him back the same day I told the manager how was I supposed to do that when they were going to close soon he understood and agreed with me and he didn't make me pay.those girls that work there should be a little nicer and not have a attitude. Maybe when the girl didn't finish the whole grooming job she should not had charged me the whole amount. I will looking around for another grromer.

Went to the Maysville location tonight to get a couple things and apparently they don't close the same time as the other locations. For some reason they are special, which they should be following the same hours and rules as the other locations. The lady with short hair and glasses was extremely rude to us and talking to another employee as if I could not hear. When I asked why they are closing at a different time I was ignored.

Manager is mean and dismissive
