Art Pet Mobile Grooming

I had a wonderful experience with this mobile grooming service! The convenience alone is amazing. Having my dogs groomed right in front of my house in their grooming van makes the entire process so much easier and less stressful for both me and my dogs. They don't have to travel to a grooming salon or spend time around unfamiliar dogs, which gives me extra peace of mind. I also appreciate that my dogs receive one-on-one attention throughout the appointment. Unlike some grooming facilities where dogs may spend time waiting or be left unattended while groomers work on multiple pets, the mobile setup allows for a more focused and supervised experience. The pricing and services are very straightforward and transparent. Their full bath and grooming package includes everything you would expect, such as ear cleaning, bathing, sanitary trimming, paw trimming, anal gland expression, and more. There were no surprises, and the groomers clearly explained what was included. The team was professional, caring, and treated my dogs wonderfully. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient, stress-free, and thorough grooming experience for their pets! 🐾💕

The first time trying this company, it was great but the 2nd time was a huge disappointment. I had scheduled for a 5pm appointment and "John" our groomer arrived at 3pm, luckily I made it home from running errands. Then after seeing my dog, he said my dog is a Large not Medium which requires additional charges and also said his fur needs de-matting. The company reached out and I verified his weight which qualifies for a Medium prices and seeing how they’re just trying to add on more charges, I declined the de-matting. Upon picking up my dog, they gave him a trim so bad that most of my dog’s fur is gone, his back end was flat as a cutting board and uneven, his head looks like he just went through a military buzz cut. I was excited to find a good groomer who takes their job seriously but after this 2nd experience, not sure if I’ll use them again.

Groomer was very gentle with our dog Zoey who was getting her first cut. Having other dogs who have been traumatized, our little girl walked out as happy as can be. Some minor details we would have liked to be done differently, but acknowledge she was probably moving around a lot and she still looks very cute. Overall I am happy. Probably should have given her gabapentin for her nerves before the cut.

Perki had an amazing experience with Felippe!! He was so professional, kind, and loving with my senior dog. He did exactly what we asked. This was our first time using a mobile pet grooming service and won’t be our last. Perki being the only dog being groomed in the van, and in our apartment complex, was convenient and made us feel at ease. Thank you Felippe!! You were incredible:)

The convenience of this mobile grooming service is unmatched, but the quality is even better! Our puppy princess, Sasha (Shih Tzu ) looks absolutely precious. Thank you, Markus, for taking such good care of our little princess—she’s never looked better! You did an amazing job! Thank you!

As a busy mom of three, I simply don't have time to be running around to take my dog to the groomer anymore. After reading several of the reviews I decided to book Art Pet Mobile Grooming to try them out. The service was excellent, the groomer was punctual, respectful and accommodating. I appreciated the clear communication and the timeliness. It went so smooth that I already booked our next service.

EDIT: Just wanted to share that my cat AND I had a bad experience. I can only share what I observed and what I know so other readers can make their judgements with the full picture. If the groomer is saying he’s an aggressive cat then I wish they would’ve just brought him back sooner instead of upsetting him further! DO NOT bring your cat to get groomed here. We typically use a different grooming service but tested Art Pet because our groomer is out of town for a couple weeks. Important context: He has been groomed every month since he was 6 months old so this is not a new experience at all. He has NEVER growled or hissed before. He is the kindest cat to his siblings and has never been aggressive before (hasnt even ever hissed or growled at the vet). Things that went wrong: 1. The groomer was 10 minutes late to an appointment they had asked me to move. I called 2x and texted 3, it’s standard professional courtesy to provide a heads up! 2. He came back to us with no service done except for nail clipping. 3. He also came back with random tufts of fluff stuck to his tail 4. They still charged us $80 and said that he is an aggressive cat, this is not what I believe to be true as someone who has several… 5. He sat in a corner and growled and hissed for over an hour afterwards (mind you this is the first time he has EVER growled OR hissed)
