The best dog groomer for 20lb and under dogs. I have been to others when they are not available and it’s just not the same. These guys do it right

We have been going to Ann for about 4 years and they are wonderful to our little princess. Our dog is very nervous and does not like to get trimmed and they take very good care of her. Also my husband's parents took their dog there when he was a kid.

I am beyond disappointed with Bubbles and Bows. They treated my family and my dog horribly from start to finish. My dog's fur coat has been absolutely ruined! Not only does she look terrible, but she’s also uncomfortable, and they didn’t seem to care at all. When I called to voice my concerns, I was met with nothing but rude, dismissive behavior. The staff was incredibly unprofessional, and they actually hung up the phone on me while I was trying to explain the problem. This is hands down the worst grooming experience I've ever had, and my poor dog looks worse than I could have imagined. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pets.

Ann is wonderful! I am so glad we found her for our schnoodle. She does such a great job grooming him and takes excellent care of him while he’s with her. Always happy to recommend Bubbles & Bows!

Ann Coleman is hands-down the best groomer . . . ever! I moved from Franklin, Tennessee to Florida four years ago and still can't find anyone as good as her down there. And I've tried many! I can't wait to get back here twice a year just to get a great cut for my dog. Not only that, she takes such excellent care of my dog, whether it be doggy day care for a day, or when boarding while on vacation. I completely trust her. And my dog is always happy to go there. I have even been known to come through Tennessee just to board my dog when I've gone from Florida to Michigan.

We loved working with Ann, until one day our pup came home with a bloody eye and no explanation was given. after calling to report the incident i was willing to give her another chance, but every time I call she gives me a ridiculous turn around time (unavailable for 2 months or something like that). Our dog is a sweet pup and has a hard time with baths, and I was hoping to have found a place that would care for and be gentle with her....so much for that. 😞

We have been coming to Ms Ann for 5 years now. She is THE BEST! My pups love her and are excited to be there. They always come out looking like true magic had been done on them. Lol. I don’t know how she does what she does, but no other groomer we tried before her could do it. She’s the best. Hands down.
