I find it hard to express just how wonderful the owners and everyone who works here truly are. Our cupcake and Minnie always returned home looking and smelling their absolute best. More importantly, they genuinely loved visiting the groomers. Even after we moved, we continued to drive over an hour just to come here because they are simply that exceptional. Brian and his team are fantastic! Our dogs always look and smell great after their grooming sessions, and the dogs seem to enjoy the visit. They always take photos of their canine customers once they're all looking good and post them to Facebook. Such a great place to help keep your dogs looking and feeling great!

We have been a customer of Lucy Lou's for over a year now. The amount of care that goes into the business is excellent. Every time we go in, they meet us with smiles and give us 110%. They were so compassionate to us when we lost our dog of 12 years due to old age and blessed us greatly with their compassion and empathy. Don't hesitate and take your animal to this groomer! This was the first grooming at LL. The fact they are cage free helped ease my 2 dogs into the new environment. He sat on the floor and introduced himself to the dogs and you would have thought they were old friends! Upon picking them up the dogs were groomed perfectly! My senior dog has many small skin tabs and great care was taken to cut around them. The price is is right on target with the industry and worth every penny! The care shown to my furry family was priceless.

This grooming shop is amazing! The groomers are humble, compassionate, and truly care for every dog. The cage-free environment makes it such a calm and comfortable experience. His assistants are awesome and gentle, professional, and great with the pets. Our dogs always leave looking and feeling fantastic. Highly recommend! 🐾✂️❤️

They are so good to the dogs! They only take one dog at a time so your dog is not there all day long confined in a cage waiting his turn. So I take my dog in at his time and 1 hour later I pick him up. Love that!! I just go to the cafe next door and have a meal while I wait and the groomer comes there and lets me know when my dog is ready. He even gets a blueberry facial along with his cut, shampoo, and nails trimmed all for a reasonable rate! You can't beat that for service.
