Amber is an amazing groomer! She took great care of my cats, Leo and Pancake, with so much patience and skill. Her customer service is top-notch—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!

I brought my cat here for her annual bath. I visited Milpitas Petsmart previously and had good experience there, so I assumed it would be similar . However!! This place is terrible. It took 3and half hour until I could finally pick her up and she’s not even dried completely. The lady told me there are too many dogs so it was hard for her to get the work done which I totally understand. But if this place can’t even properly accommodate cat grooming why would you even offer this option in the first place??? And their staff is obviously overbooked. I’m so frustrated now can’t imagine what my cat had just went through.

They did a great job on our little girl! She comes often for her grooming needs and looks great afterwards! An appointment is needed and it takes planning due to scheduling! The groomers have been nice to us and informative!

They never completely dry my dog nor cut his fur on his paw correctly. This last time it was 2.5 hours since I brought him in and they never called me so I went in myself and they told me they finished almost an hour ago and they got sidetracked and forgot to call me. Worst groomer in the area

Our small dog came back after her grooming and was scared and sensitive for a week. She would not eat, leave her bed, or go outside to do her business. We had a vet appointment a week later and Dr said she had new pain in her back. Sad to say since this was a serious incident, that we can’t come back here again. I used to bring her here on a regular basis, but we have since moved farther away. I booked here because it’s still somewhat close and they had availability. Now I see why. Also, usually grooming departments usually smell like clean dog, this one smelled like wet dirty dog with perfume on top. I ignored the signs, big mistake, and I’m saddened by the pain it’s caused my pet. Leaving this review to help others see the risk at this location.

Terrible experience. Extremely unprofessional. Dirty and horrible smell all the time. They do not honor the walk in hours they advertise and required I make an appointment for a WEEK later without the $5 advertised discount. Also for the appointment they tried to charge a $15 late fee on a $30 service because I walked my dog in front of the store before his appointment. The grooming tech was extremely rude. Stay away from this place.

Fish are in a very horrible condition. They are suffering there. I bought one to try to save it, but unfortunately it was hopeless. They should not sell anymore fish.
