Petco Grooming

I made an appointment specifically with D’Angelo, and my dog was groomed by Amber instead. This is the second time this has happened with D’Angelo. When I picked up my dog, he was still grooming another dog, even though I was assured at check-in that my appointment was with him. I paid over $100, including an extra brushing charge, and my dog looks terrible. My dog is almost 13 years old and is groomed regularly—he has never needed an extra brushing charge before. The quality of grooming absolutely does not match the price. Petbar across the street recently raised their price by $10, so I thought Petco would be more affordable. I was wrong. $67 plus $25 extra is not worth this level of service or results. I’ll be going back to Petbar

D’Angelo is the best! He’s patient and very knowledgeable with big breeds. Always has my Doberman looking and smelling good. So happy with the grooming service they provide.

Horrible grooming services. I paid $80 bucks for bath and hair cut for a small breed. They employ highly inefficient groomers who are lazy, slackers. I left my dog for close to 5 hours and yet only got partial services. They add surprise charges at the time of grooming. Do half of the work and tell you to stop by again later. Blame it on your dog for being hyper while fully able to cut hair. If you do, expect to be put back in the queue. They hound you for tip. Stay away from this groomer Aliqah and i would not recommend PETCO grooming at all. Tried two locations and felt cheated Extremely unhappy with the services. Other places are lot professional and transparent.

They gave themselves an 18% tip without our knowledge. my dog also seems very shaken up and i assume they were aggressive with him based off of his behavior. he is normally very active and friendly but now he’s acting scared and on edge. Don’t go here if you care about your dog and money.

Best groom my pup has had by far!! I am so pleased with the groomer and I will only let her touch my pup moving forward. Great job! I will say every location doesn’t have the same quality of groomers but this Frisco location off of El Dorado is amazing.

Amber takes great care of our 4 legged kido.

I was charged $30 additional fees without prior knowledge . Groomer was not at all welcoming when I brought her in and didn't seem happy to even be there. Not likely to return.
