Our experience with PetSmart grooming was extremely disappointing. The groomer was rude, the haircut turned out horrible, and my poor pup came home with clipper burn. We will not be returning.
If I could rate it a zero I would. All I can say is my puppy has been traumatized by the grooming Mandi provided. I highly recommend you keep your fur baby away from her. She’s extremely rude & unprofessional. She shaved my baby hair off completely instead of trimming it. She didn’t cut her nails, didn’t put a bow, and did not spray any of the smell good spray. I paid for all of the above mentioned but definitely didn’t receive it. My fur baby came home completely shaved, trembling (traumatized), frightened, hiding in the closet shivering for days. Please keep your baby away from Mandi. She destroyed her coat & her appearance & has traumatized her indefinitely!!!!!!!
Me & my husband wanted to thank Aliyson on the beautiful job she did on Stormy she wasn't there when we picked Stormy up & our other 2 Doodles that we weren't happy with how they were groomed & wish Aliyson could of them them 2 for us. But we wanted you to know that we loved how Stormy looked when we picked her up & she was so happy. Thanks again
Was at the fish tank for almost 30 mins no one said hi I will be with you shortly or anything. So I left. Sad how you get treated as a customer isn't. Well on my way to Petco wish me luck! I have 150 gal tank and it's empty. You just lost a good $120 in sales!
Our female PugChi loves her spa days at Charlie's, whether full groom or demi groom. They all love her bubbly personality & we couldn't be happier.
They did so graet with my Baloo Bear🥰 so Nice to have a Pit friendly place to take him 🙂 staff was friendly and patient and did a thorough job. We will be back!
I was debating about making a review or not, but I decided to go ahead and make one just to inform whomever is in charge that better training and better customer service is required in the department. I've worked customer service my whole life. And it's overall the same regardless of the retail field you're in. I had an appointment for my dog to quick a couple of quick services done. Particularly her nails trimmed. I got there a little early for the sake of making sure all of the paperwork was in order. There was no other customers in there at the time. I got there roughly around 9:30ish. Appointment was at 9:45. There was a new gentleman there being trained. Ok, cool. No worries. He even asked about the rabies thing. Ok. Good job. But him nor his trainer asked to see a physical copy as I said I got it next door at Banfield. Was it my fault I forgot my actual paperwork at home? Yes. I take responsibility for that. But had they said something, I could have left to go home or literally walked a few feet to Banfield and got a physical copy. The young gentleman took my dog after I had signed the paperwork and said they would call when the job was done. Ok, cool again. I walk to Banfield to reschedule a couple of appointments and then I walk to the book store to blow some time while waiting. I figured I picked some quick services, it shouldn't take that long. Maybe 30 minutes or so. 45 minutes to almost an hour later I still had not heard anything. Curious, I decided to walk back over and get an update. The same young man that checked me in, looked at the computer, then said he thought my dog was done and went to the back to ask. He comes back to me and said the guy who was working on my dog went to the bathroom and said to give him 5 minutes to verify everything. I see the guy who was with him earlier come back in. Still nothing. So I walk back inside and now they acted nervous. Another employee comes up to the counter when I walk back in. I wish I got her name. She had red hair I believe and was heavier set. Pretty rude the way she came off. She asked if I was there for...she couldn't remember the name so I said Yodi. And she said she needed to see the paperwork AGAIN. I was confused by her saying. She needed to see it again considering she wasn't there when I checked in. And I explained to her the whole rabies thing. She then said that nothing could be done because there was no physical proof upon arrival. And I asked, why didn't anyone call me? She said I don't know I just got here. And mentioned the other two guys were still pretty new. I'm fine with people being new but if that's the case, then why wasn't someone more well trained there instead of leaving two new guys there? And shouldn't that be one of the first things to train someone on? Even the other guy quietly said he dropped the ball on that. So to verify, I asked, so nothing was done? And she told me no again. Frustrated, knowing I wasted an hour of my day for something that should have been quick. To me she sarcastically apologized and said if you go next door and get a copy we can get it done. I told her know that I would reschedule and her attitude to me got worse. They way she told the others they had to remove the animals off the table like the plague was coming through. My dog was frightened and shaking like a leaf in the loud kennel. I'm very disappointed and I think I will be going somewhere else. Unless they figure out better customer service, communication, and training.
