Well, this is going to be easy! I've been shopping at Pet Suppl8es Plus since they arrived in Garden City, Boise, ID. I've always- snd i mesn always have had snd still do have yhe best customer service in the pet supply arena. The staff, employees, and groomers do everything they can yo make upgrades experience the best. Recently, I had a grooming appointment for my two large dogs. Somewhere along the line (probably me), I got the quote estimate messed up. I showed up and when they noticed the descepency at check out, they presented an extremely nice compromise to make sure i was satisfied. Their offer, not mine. Indeed, they go above and beyond. Oh my goodness! Best experience ever I have taken my poodle to at least 30 different groomers in the last three years and so far giving them @10.
