My puppy first time getting groomed. Maybe because it was her first time, they live a lot of big hairs. But I will go try it again

the lady is super nice, family business. Charges $50 to groom my mini schnauzer well worth it, she has a way with dogs. My puppy could not get groomed any place else becuase she was either too scared or moved a lot they would call me and turn her down. They do a great job!
I have been coming here for about 5 years, she treats the dogs so well.
My poor baby came home covered in cuts and sores like the hair was ripped out. Not to mention their communication sucks. I was told to pick her up at one time then they called and told me she was ready and when I got there they said she needed to be there longer than the original time I was told. My poor puppy was abused there is no way in help I'm taking any animal to these horrible people.
Love taking my dogs here. Owner is very loving & gentle with my dogs. Always on point with there haircuts & leaves them smelling good. Highly recommend
