Tech was totally understanding I wanted my baby cut low do to shedding and she hit it on the nose. Totally worth the $$. Take your furry baby you would not be disappointed.
Being my first time taking our new dog to a grooming place and my first time at this place. All I could say is, NEVER AGAIN! That Lady Ruth, provided the Worse customer service. First she said if I wanted the service I had to bring my dog in the next 20 min. I took him in at 1:00pm Called at 3:00pm she said SHE will call when he was ready. Followed up at 4:30pm. My dog was ready @5:30pm She's so rude. I don't know how this place is still in business.
She does a great job. I suggest coming in the morning if you want your companion’s hair cut. She gets busy quick. Overall, my dog was happy and the haircut was just perfect.

My poor dog she took the hair down way to low. It was hard to communicate with her because of language difference. My dog was crying and not because she missed me. I spent a total of $55 she’s clean and smells good but I won’t be returning.
She was very rude she overpriced my dog which i have a mini-pin. Priced said $25 she said that was old its $40, although it was posted on her wall I then asked why is it still posted up there? She didn't respond.She also cut my dog with 3 visible patches..i dont recommend going to her.
Very rude!!! I walked in this morning trying to my Maltipoo a haircut this lady after yelling from the back to hold on mind you I only hit the little bell once.... She comes out saying I Can't Cute No More hair I'm busy! I was like 😮 and walked away OMG How Rude for a first time Customer 😒😒
