Petco Grooming

Rocco, my English bulldog, loves to get groomed with Alex and Morgan. He usually gets overly anxious and has dark red eyes when I took him to a different groomer. Here, he never has this issue. He gets excited when he knows he's getting his "bath" and waits by the door until we go. Rocco's coat is always cleaned thoroughly, his nails are cut perfectly and he always smells so good when I pick him up. I would highly recommend thos Petco!

My dog Teddy's cut was perfect. He looked very neat, clean and smelled great. The groomer did a great job.

Thank you Draven for your patience and feedback with my Chester during his mini rover makeover. He’s sensitive with anyone touching his front paws but she got it done and gave me some advice on how to work on this at home. Thank you thank you thank you. Always love coming to this location for my dogs groom. 🙂

My Purina-brand cat food bought end of September at the Garland, Texas store, it's infested with worms! I don't have a receipt, but paid with American Express. We've been out of town the past two weeks and our pet-sitter discovered the worms. Gross!! It appears that we may have fed our kitty this nasty infested food before the worms hatched/ before we went out off town. He's been throwing up almost every day! It's passed 30 days return policy, but this is disgusting and needs to be refunded. The sitter saved the infested bag for me in our garage and I retrieved the bag to return it and there were worms crawling on the outside of the bag! I threw it in the alley trash bin. I'm not carrying/transporting that anywhere. Requesting refund of this purchase. I purchased canned food same day, but only request refund for the bag of food. Please advise.

When I went in to drop my dog off for her grooming appointment, there was nobody in the front area, but there was one employee that I could see in the back through the glass door. She was blow drying another dog, but was wearing headphones so she couldn’t hear me. I couldn’t get her attention because she was reading her phone. Then she put the dryer under her arm while she texted a long text with both thumbs. After several minutes of standing there, I finally went out to the cashier to ask if she could go back and tell the groomer that I was here for my appointment. She went in, and a second groomer came from the back and checked us in. I hate the idea that my dog might be getting groomed by someone that’s not even looking at her because she’s reading her phone. Do better!

Took our pet here for a couple of years. The main issue is they are not willing to hold your dog before or after grooming. We were told not to show up more that 5 minutes before the appointment and we had to arrive immediately after we were notified his grooming was completed. Last appoint we arrived 15 mins before grooming and were told we had to walk around the store till the appointment time. Once they called 5 mins before closing and demanded we arrived ASAP as they were closing. Then other time they were running behind and I had to walk around Best Buy an hour. I get it. They don’t have a place to hold your pet. Why not though? Why not get some kennels to hold the pets for 15 mins?? We feel it was too stressful to take our pet here as it was groomer first instead of customer first. They did a good job of grooming our pet but not worth the stress. A hard pass.
