PetSmart Grooming

Made appt for my cat to be groomed at this location at 5p. Drove from sachse in hopes that andrea could bathe my cat. She was ready to leave work turned down my cat. So called "Groomer" does not know how to shave a cat? Petsmart you should add by Andrea's name" this groomer is not skilled for shaving a cat. So time is not waisted. This employee lost business for this Petsmart location. Thanks,

Everyone was very nice . It was my Dog first grooming and im surprised she let her self they did everything they could to make her feel comfortable. Love this place .

In this store, the guy in the bathroom has a bad attitude with the dogs just because my dog is a pitbull, he misbehaved, he canceled my appointment for no reason. If you have a pitbull dog, don't come here... Or there really is no dog because they don't know how to treat your pets. I made a post on Facebook telling my experience and absolutely all the comments have been of bad experiences with pitbull specifically they must hire trained personnel to do the necessary work and stop demonizing a breed the real rabid animals are their employees.

I’m had the best experience ever!! Alison was who I set my appointment with for my precious Abigail and Alison also did the incredible grooming. I was so excited whenever I picked her up. She had an amazing haircut and smelled awesome!!! If you want a great staff with excellent customer service ask for Alison!!

Kristen is a horrible person!! She takes her job to serious . Wouldn't give my dogs a bathe or haircut .you already have my their vet records. Discrimination if I was white she would have bathe them with no problem.

They must be hiring anybody these days because my beautiful mainecoon was SHAVED without my permission. Mind you, she has no mats, she just needed a bath and sanitary shave. With the unapproved shave, they nicked her sensitive skin and is left with a uneven shave prone to infection and just horrifying to look at. I am absolutely ashamed, as a vet tech, I thought they had safety regulations and standards but proved me wrong. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere.

We came in and it just seemed that no one was happy to be doing what they were doing. Then the young lady who we were scheduled to be with could not even work on our pup so someone else had to. It was like she overbooked herself. Ryan was a nice guy, I will say, and if it weren't for him we would have turned right around because the atmosphere just seemed like everyone was in a mood. I was like if you are not happy, I know these babies are not happy.
