Victor's Pet Grooming

I’m really happy with the service at Victor’s Pet Grooming. They took great care of my dog and the haircut came out perfect. My pet smelled fresh, looked super clean, and you can tell they paid attention to detail. The staff was friendly, professional, and the place was very clean. The prices are fair and the service was fast — they finished right on time. I definitely recommend this grooming shop, and I’ll be bringing my dog back again!

If you love your pet, please don't go there. If you don't speak Spanish, don't go there. I took my dog ​​to the vet after visiting this salon because of the severe redness and excessive itching my pet suffered from. I had to put a cone around his neck for two weeks to stop him from licking the irritated areas and apply medication. Those two weeks were very difficult for my pet. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews from people who recommend not going to this place.

Victor did an amazing job with my dog. We are really picky about it and he listen to what we wanted and smelled great. We will definitely come back. I do want to say to the people who have the audacity to complain about the owners English. Go where they speak English and stop leaving negative messages. They ultimately affect an honest business owner that has really affordable prices. Victor can communicate no problem when it comes to talking about his business and what he does. Pretty disappointing for those people to complain for that reason. They probably should learn how to speak Spanish.

I brought my dog here and they did a good job with the cut and she looked very cute however she got a very bad razor burn on her private area and she was so irritated for two weeks. We had to put a cone to stop her from constantly licking and overall she was very miserable. She couldn’t even walk properly and didn’t eat much because it was very uncomfortable for her; we had to give her treatment for over a week. I will not be returning because of this. I was told they were cheaper but in the end it actually cost more than my typical groomers who do an excellent job every time without any complications. They charge extra for nail clipping and other extras like that when typically it’s included in the groom. I paid about $75 for my 9lbs maltese when usually I pay about $60 at a higher end establishment

Please do not go here if you don’t speak Spanish. There are no consistent payment price. I have been grooming the same dog at this place for 3yrs and each time the price changes. The last time I paid $70 for a small Maltese of 7lb who is not matted. I always have to ask them to take the dogs back and groom them some more when I go here. My dog comes out smelling rancid. This last time I took my dog home without looking him over because I have a work call. I got home the dog has places that did not see a clipper or scissors. I have attached pictures. When I called I was told he cld do nothing about it that he does not have time. U should have read previous reviews.

Edit: Stopped using Victor for our dog grooming needs over a year ago due to an incident where my dog's paw pad was sliced open, and they never said a word to me about it. I discovered his injury when we got home. I realize things happen, but to not mention to me when I picked him, they lost my respect and business. Our dog used to urinate on their floor when we would arrive, every single time. He has never done that at his new groomer. I wish I had paid better attention to what he may have been trying to communicate to me. Victor's pricing was also often inconsistent. Too much variance in price from one visit to the next. -Original Post- Very happy with our Labradoodle's groom. The price was great and she was done in less than 2 hours.
