Waggerz Groom Room

My pup is always well taken care of and looks and smells beautiful when I pick her up!!! They are very straight forward and upfront with all of their policies and create a safe and happy environment for their clients (dogs).

Waggerz is amazing! Today was pooh's first time at a professional groomers and I can say we will definitely be back. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They did a consultation , provided their recommendations and ultimately gave me the option to choose what was best. He was very matted and needed a lower cut. After his services concluded I was unavailable,however, he was able to stay for a little while until I was able to pick him up. This was extremely convenient. They even provided instructions for after care. 10/10 recommend for sure!

Waggerz is hands down the best dog grooming place!! They always do such a great job with my anxious dog. Also, their 7-step de-shed process is amazing. The only place I’ll take my dog from grooming!

My Toy Poodle was a first timer. She did great and looks amazing. Ashlee did a great job on her.

Bre does an AMAZING job on our pup every month and goes above and beyond to give us exactly what we want and is always ready to answer any questions we may have. My go to groomers for years! I’ve been bringing my dog here for years, and they have been consistently amazing every single time. The team is caring, dependable, and truly gifted at what they do. They always treat my pup with so much kindness and love, and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals they serve. My dog comes out looking fresh, happy, and beautifully groomed after every visit. That kind of consistency over the years means everything, and I trust them completely. If you’re looking for a groomer that does great work and treats your pet like family, this is the place. Highly recommend!

If this is your first time going to Waggerz in Garner, then I warn you now to find a new groomer before you leave with a sad, shaking, half-baked chicken-looking doggy. This institution is well thought out, and it is apparent that the original establisher of this company put much love and time into their dream. Unfortunately, it seems that the individuals who run the grooming shop at this location in Garner have completely betrayed and insulted the integrity of this company’s name. As a dog lover and a very empathetic fur mother, I will always take my baby to the very best, even if it is expensive. Waggerz has completely decimated its name in my eyes and almost is keeping me from ever getting my dogs groomed again. I booked an appointment for a trim that is priced at around $69 on the website. Tell me why I went in with my dog that I had just groomed myself, and they told me that she was matted all over, so badly that they had to shave her bald. Since she is my dog and I see her every day, I knew on the inside that I pet her and comb through her hair every day, yet I went against my gut and believed what they said because I thought they were professionals. Listen to your gut, people. They told me that they might have to shave her all the way down, almost bald. I was visibly sad, and I asked for them not to shave too much if they don’t have to. I told them to only shave her if they need to. Four hours later, I came to pick her up. Before they even let me see her, I HAD TO PAY. The total came out to $136 for my 14 lb dog. I asked her to explain the matting situation, and the rude lady with a dental issue told me that they charge extra money for each mat found and how much time it takes to "comb it out." They told me that they found 3 mats. First of all, if only 3 mats were found, then why did you have to shave my miniature schnauzer bald? And if you charge for the extra time it takes to "comb out" the mats, but you didn’t even comb them out, you were being lazy and mean and shaved her bald to get the job done quickly. My poor dog came back to me naked, face botched, and belly and ears red and irritated. If this is your first time going to this establishment, then don’t go. They will get your hopes up, then mess up your dog’s perfect fluff because of their laziness and scam you out of your money, and then be rude when you want an explanation. Beware the scammers. I refused to look at pictures of my own dog's "matts" because she is my dog who i pet and inspect daily and you had already shaved my dog bald. why would i want to see her with her beautiful coat before you ruined it?? your response to my review is extremely unprofessional, and i hope any new customers see how you treat us. I am utterly disgusted to learn that even dog people who are supposed to love and care for dogs are liars and scammars. I will let the pictures tell my story. Here is my dog that these people are saying whose coat was "too far gone." I have a curly haired miniature schnauzer. Can you guess the before and after? and does it look like her coat is too far gone? okay. Right.
